Faster than any city bureaus with friendly efficient help, the only drawback is having to book for driving tests and only one day a week to choose from.

This is now closed under the current Ontario COVID response. March 25th, 2020.Update: August 10, 2021 - hours shown on this public Ontario Gov't site ARE STILL WRONG. Only open Tue-Fri 10:00-3:00.Second time to drive 30 km only to find door locked. Sad that someone cannot correct this information... personnel claim to be unable, blame province.I blame everyone for this sad state of public service... pick up the ball people and stop passing the buck!

This is the best place to come because Marilyn knows everything there is know about vehicle licensing. It is always busy but well worth the wait. Friendly and helpful.

Good service. Sometimes longer wait times then preferred. Would be nice if it was open later than 5 everyday instead of just Thursdays as most ppl work until 5

Is it sad that I honestly dread coming here to get anything done? But judging by some of the other reviews it seems as though a few people agree with me. God forbid the staff here have to answer a couple of questions or deliver any sort of customer service. I dont think I have ever even got a smile. Staff are ultimately unhelpful and cold, plus the same goes for their renowned high fail rate driving test examiners.You are better off just going to Ottawa or Renfrew.
