Dr Mike Wagner, it’s been a long time coming for my braces but you have made the transition smooth. You’re kind and funny and so caring of your patients. Your engaging with each patient as if we are the only ones. You remember what we talk about at each visit and your staff are always smiling. See you at my next check up Doc!

Terrible front desk etiquette, the one front desk lady is extremely rude and interrupts any opportunity she gets or will lose her temper within seconds. Not sure if she’s bipolar or what. Never have I ever hung up the phone and been happy with the conversation I’ve had. I know it’s not just me because my wife said the same thing without me ever bringing it up, not sure if she’s just out to get our family or what. If there’s one thing I’ve ever regretted in my life it’s starting my kids here simply because of her but I’m glad it’ll be over soon! The orthodontist here and his staff are all very fake and money-hungry but they’re always respectful and polite enough to deal with, except the lady at the front who’s been there as long as I can remember. Give her the boot! Can gladly say I’ve stopped many people from bringing their business here and will continue to do so until they change things up!

Doctor Mike and his team are fantastic!! It's always a positive atmosphere in their office. If you're looking for an orthodontist, I'd recommend them 100%!

Dr.Mike Wagner is the best orthodontist.At every appointment he is more and more friendly,he's so fun to be around and never fails to crack a joke and make you laugh or smile.I love having him as a orthodontist!!! Also this goes out to Jordyn,at my last appointment I was at her she was very friendly and asked how things were going and improving.She explained everything that's going on an made sure I understood,I loved having her as a assistance. The whole staff there is great at what their doing and they have great communication with each other and their patients.So everyone thank-you again for everything your doing for me and your other patients..... Vanessa was so helpful and careful during our appointment. She made sure that we were comfortable and explained what she was doing and what the next steps were. She was very kind and genuinely cares about her patients well being. Dr. Wagner is a great orthodontist who makes appointments easy and painless.

Doctor Mike is a wonderful orthodontist! I transferred to him from another orthodontist when I moved to Saskatoon from BC, and I wish I had him as my orthodontist from the start of my treatment!He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to ensure patients are happy with their treatment and results. I have had some struggles with my teeth being stubborn and moving slower than anticipated in my treatment, and he has been creative in using strategies and tools to ensure my treatment progresses as it should.He always remembers little details about myself/my life and will often ask about how recent life events have been (moving houses, vacations, etc). All of his staff are the same way - they always go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and get to know you. Kayla was the ortho assistant at my most recent appointment and she was lovely!I highly recommend Dr. Mike for all of your orthodontic needs. He is great at what he does, has a hilarious sense of humor, and truly cares about his parents. I am so glad I transferred to him when I moved here. I can't wait to see my smile when I am done treatment, as I know Dr. Mike has worked hard to ensure I will be 110% happy with my results! Thanks Dr. Mike!

Dr Wagner is absolutely amazing. The office is great. The only issue I do have is when they say they will call with results or they say they will call you when it's time to book an appointment you may not get a call.

Dr. Mike Wagner is hands down amazing! Our experience with him and Tracy exceeded all of our expectations. They were both phenomenal with my daughter and had her smiling the whole time she was there. I also loved that they both talked with my daughter directly (this doesn't always happen) and explained in detail to her and myself what the treatment plan was and why. I can't say enough good things about the positive experience we had. If you are looking for a person centered, genuine, happy environment in the Orthodontist world, don't hesitate to go here, they are outstanding.

Dr. Wagner is such a fun and kind person that always makes the visits great! The girls are always so polite and welcoming as well. I would like to thank Kayla who was working on me today as she was so nice and very helpful. My teeth look so much better then before and I cannot wait to see the final results. Dr. Wagner and his team are absolutely amazing!!

my orthodontist can beat up your orthodontist!! No but really, Dr Mike is excellent. I suffered with severe depression and and anorexia as a child, causing me to destroy my teeth and having to get my braces off early. When I came back almost 10 years later, he really respected my mental health progress and gave me the best plan to move forward with. He’s always been great, I genuinely feel like he cares about clients. I moved to Edmonton and still drive back to see him!
