Drivers delivering Intelecom packages are extremely rude and impatient. Today driver on route SCAR 0621 came to deliver 1 Box and started banging on the Condo front door and berated the writer for not paying attention to him. Sign clearly written on door to dial for Concierge - This is not a one time issue happening too frequently and reflecting poorly on Intelecom Courier service. Hiring staff that don't like their job, refects on poorly on HR management, and Intelecom on the whole.

Trying to get someone to respond to your email is terrible. When you do get a hold of someone they tell you they will get back to you and never do. If you need 7 day support, these are not the people you should be using.

We use intelecom for both Internet and IP phone solutions. We have recently had a problem with our PBX we called intelecom and told them about the issue they were able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes.

There is no customer service,, and they dont know their own equipment, our setup was a disaster.. i would recommend 8x8 so you dont have a nightmare with your business phones
