I m disappointed with this store for needed to take a 6.00 restocking fee for 2 drain spouts and two elbows that were extras. Others stores dont carge restocking fees .I shoulda asked about returns first before i bought. better yet i wont ever shop there again .bought my 33 bundles of shibgles today FROM HERMANS. They dont charge restocking fees on any returns .By roofmart

Bought 9 pcs of drip edge tried to return it was told they don't except returns even when I was buying 3 more bundles of shingles this company will never get my business ever again you would think they would exchange it with receipt that was from them that said I bought it from them they were very rude on the phone never again will I deal with them again

Bought some siding and soffit supplies from the Sarnia store on Thursday and mistakingly bought the wrong aluminum facia because I am not too knowledgable about the trade.Tried to return the 4 pieces of facia on Monday and was informed they wouldn't take it back because it was aluminum and the company policy even though it was undamaged and still wrapped the way I received it on Thursday. Will not be returning to this store anytime in the forseeable future.

The staff didn't explain anything on the day of perchace and when I went in to return stuff I guess I was alittle late so I couldn't return anything without being informed there was only 60 days to return Unused material. Nothing on the invoice that sais that and then to be treated poorly I don't recommend this store to anyone.
