I recently purchased a launch monitor from them in Canada. Its nice to have a local company in CAD funds to be able to buy these through. Their service is top notch from top to bottom. I called ahead of time with questions about may item and they answered them all. Then I ordered it but wanted the shipping delayed as I was away and didn't want the expensive item being delivered when I wasn't home. They accommodated me easily and shipped out the item on the day I had requested. Excellent experience and I would purchase here again in a heartbeat. In particular Alyssa and Denise were very helpful and prompt over email with their responses. Thanks everyone for the smooth process and helpful service!

Dealing with Trung over at Par2Pro was a seamless experience. He fixed any small issues and quoted a product that fit our needs. He didnt over sell. Our room turned out amazing!

Grabbed a GC3 off Par2Pro haven't received it just yet but have had tons of questions about software & more which they ended up connecting me with a person from tech dept who had tons of knowledge for my concern and also a small issue arose where my tracking number sent via email for shipping was missing 1 number at the end causing me to be unable to track and Par2Pro was quick to answer and get resolved and every email was very fast reply times with a kind, thorough, and informative response.Par2Pro is an 5/5 easy and i highly highly recommend checking them out!Sincerely-NicholasP.s can update once i get my gc3 and if anything else happens but i have strong belief that Par2Pro can help sort any other minor issues that could happen

Bought a complete simulator setup in Dec 2022. Couldnt be happier with it and the service. Honestly, one of the best purchases I ever made. Whenever there was a snag, Shane (sales rep) was on it. Here is why I waited to do a review - I wanted to see how they were after they got my money :) - even better! My sale was complete almost 6 months ago - yet - if I have a question or concern - Par2Pro (Shane) will reach out to me right away. That says a lot to me. And just their willing nature to help out is second to none!

Shane and his team have been amazing to work with. They were incredibly responsive with questions and when we had challenges on our end with construction, they were happy to help problem solve with us. If you're thinking of a golf simulator, there is no better choice.

They were able to offer me personalized advice and helped me spec out my Mevo +. The delivery time was superfast and they offered the same promotions as buying from FlightScope direct. So happy I chose Par2Pro to purchase my hitting enclosure and the Uneekor EYEXO Sim. The staff was always friendly and available. And like most major projects, you experience issues or need to troubleshoot things along the way...they were VERY helpful. The quality of the enclosure was spectacular, fairly simple to install, and it looks amazing. Performance...being I have had it setup only a few weeks, it has performed as good if not better than expected. I would highly recommend buying from this company if you are looking for the highest quality enclosure. The fact I can use a remote to roll up the entire unit in just a few minutes...game changer.
