I wanted to update my comments below and thank Huronia Pools tech Mark for coming to my home promptly last week to check the tub. Yes I do agree that the pump was not leaking after review with Mark. I am not an expert and since the pump was the last thing worked on I had to assume something had happened during repair and installation. I think this process has helped us all learn something about Hot tubs.1. Mark explained that the seals on the pipes only last about 2 yrs . Really good to know given our tub is probably 15 yrs old, this was the culprit and something we will need to monitor in the future. When getting service always have the seals checked.!2. As I stated earlier always a good idea to try and fill the tube after the work is done to double check for any leaks while the service tech is on site, this could have avoided some of this lack of understanding and communication.I want to again thank Mark for his prompt action and professionalism in helping diagnosis the issue with the leaking tub.Great work from Mark 10/10 for service. I want to apologize to Mark he does excellent work and has always been informative.We have been a long time customer of this business for our hot tub product needs and have been generally satisfied. When it comes to repairing issues well they really have fallen short on the customer service side.First service call their technician arrived promptly and was friendly and worked to repair a leak , then left stating it was completed and good to go. Well he had to come a second time to repair as the leak continued, some questionable technical skills.After the second visit I asked the technician if we should have the pump refurbished given its age. The technician highly recommended it and offered his service to refurbish the pump in the summer months when we shut down the tub.The technician was not able to work on the pump until Sept 2022The technician completed their work and left, repairing the pump by taking it out of the tub back to their shop then putting it back in. We did not then fill the tub as the home owner until one month later as we saw no need to use it while it was still warm outside. the tub leaked dramatically from the same side that the technician had worked on and it was very upsetting. We have a well system for water , and filling your tub to then just watch it drain away is very concerning with limit water resources.Upon asking the ladies in the office to see if we could get the technician back on an emergency call , we were given a date over a month later when possible freezing temps will be occuring.the ladies proceeded to explain that as the home owner of the tub it was our responsibility to fill the tub after the technician had completed his work to check if their was any leaks and that we waited too long to do that. WOW WOW WOW !! that sure is a convenient answer to the issue , blame the home owner ???Beware , make sure you have the technician check his work and fill the tub while they are present , because they will not check their work. The attitude from the office staff is just unacceptable, I have never seen anything like it. I guess when you are the only game in town you can do or say anything you want. This will come back on them eventually Beware.

Always helpful and knowledgeable as we start our first pool this summer

Have never used them for service but buy all supplies for our hot tub there. Limited hours but substantial product inventory. Higher prices than competitors but there aren’t many in the area so free market opens them up to opportunity.Customer service is always good and they continued to accommodate throughout the pandemic.

I would give no star's but that is not an option. There are great spa shops like Bullfrog Spas in Barrie that are exceptional in sales and service. Leadership always runs downhill. We had considered putting a pool in with this company, I am so grateful to have had this experience with a reasonable product, saving us from disaster down the road.Thank you for showing me who you are.I see your comments, and I am not surprised. I came into the store asking for a product, and your staff sold me the wrong product. Your staff was rude and curt with me offering no discussion. Yes, I did get upset, not yelling, at being treated so poorly and for the fact that she had no interest to hear what transpired. Even when I finally told her she continued to enforce the no return policy despite it only be a day or two after I bought it and the fact that I was sold the wrong product based on the products I informed the person I was using and for what purpose. I prefer to spread the good news.

If I could pick no stars, I would this company will not let me return the product within six days of purchasing it. Said they would charge me an absorbent fee to restock the item over $250.

Went here for a unique fitting for my Jacuzzi.They did not have the part,but Monique spentat least 20 minutes with me trying to possiblycreate a solution to my need. She was not successful, but I really appreciated her attempt to fulfill my need. She is quite knowledgeable about plastic fittings.I had the chance to interact with two otherEmployees,and they too were very friendly.Thanks Monique.

We just purchased pool shock to open our pool. They offer 3 different kinds all of them are the same price...$218!!!! for an 8kg tub. Last year it cost $80. Yes everything has gone up but that is a 125% increase. We bought it trying to support local. HOWEVER out of curiosity I checked discount pool and spas in Barrie. You can get a 6kg tub for $75 ish and at the moment they have a 16kg tub normally $170 on for $78! People if you are opening a pool this spring DO NOT go to Huronia Leisure in Midland. It's too for us as we've already opened our container and can't return it. Hope I can stop this from happening to someone else.

The girls in the water testing station are awesome. We went away on vacation. Came back to our pool being greener than our grass. And yes that's after it rained lol. Took a water sample in. Set me up with all the products I need. Gave me complete instructions on how to do it or what to do. It. Quantities went back a week later with my results. Had to do a little top up. Other than that pool looks amazing
