Staff was friendly and can converse in French and English.They were patient with my 6 year old trying to order in very limited FrenchWe stopped for a dozen donuts and some coffee as we were driving on Highway 10 towards MontrealEasy on and off the highway. With a travel trailer we were able to find a place to park along the curb.

The supervisor is rude and no one knows the difference between cream and milk. I’ve worked three years at Tim’s and this is the first Tim that doesn’t know how to make iced coffee with milk they changed it three times and it was always with cream I’m very disappointed

Absolutely disgusted with the attention. I'm not canadien try to do my best with my bad French, I tried to ask my order to the girl and an old lady began to speak this canadien french so fast I could not understand.Sorry I'm not Canadien, I speak bad French my English is much better, my home language is Spanish from Spain Europe. I'm a tourist.

Good customer service (they respect the mobile order priority and if they do mistake in the order, they offer compensation if we realised to late).Freshness of the food may vary in a week.

Got a bagel with cream cheese and butter. Often order this from a bunch of different tims. Apparently there must have been a cream cheese shortage cause I got so little it was dry and bland and I tossed out most of it

12 people walking around while 1 person at front counter taking orders and then filling them alone with little to no help from other employees. Cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority. Washrooms and open areas looked grubby and unkept.

It was a fast service and the food is good. However, the employee that served us was disrespectful and not patient at all. The elderly employee assumed we already knew what we were ordering from the menu and she answered us disrrspectfully when we asked questions.

Tenia mas de 2 años que no iba a Canadá y lo primero que hice llegando fue ir a un Tim Hortons, extrañana mucho el sabor de las donas y el cafe moka, para mi sorpresa, la calidad de los productos y la atención disminuyo en este tiempo, es por eso que le doy solo 2 estrellas.Espero mejoren y regresen a lo que era hace tiempo de los sabores de los que me enamore en Canadá.

Extremely slow service. A good 10min waiting in line to make our order- there was only 3 other customers ahead of me and hardly anyone waiting to get their order. Then another 6 minutes to get our food... Which consisted of only 2 chicken burgers, 2 coffee and 20 timbits.

Service is fast, but the employee who served us was disrespectful. Used to order on other tims without a problem, this one was not a good experience at all
