I waited almost 2 Months for Lorna to call and advise me that my shoes are in but she has not called. Repeated telephone calls become fax lines rings.Come on guys you can do better.Tks f

Unlike other reviewers, I was lucky and had a positive experience here. The ladies who work there were very nice, attentive, and patient as I tried on several pairs of shoes. I ended up buying a pair and they assured me I could return them within 14 days if they hadn't been worn outside. I tried them on at home for a bit and they weren't comfortable enough for me, so I returned them true to their word without any hassles. They had a good selection and it's a big, bright store which I prefer to their Georgian Mall location (where I have gone in and been completely ignored by staff there before). I would go back here and recommend it!

Have been there a couple times with others buying shoes. Very good, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The lady took her time to help us and explained the shoes. I personally didn’t find what I was looking for but was told the style I’m looking for usually come in the fall so I’ll be coming to see what they have!!

We went to the Park Place location this afternoon looking for comfortable flip flops or sandals. The sole lady working there didn't look thrilled to see us and when we mentioned flip flops ...she smugly said if you are looking for flip flops go to Walmart."There is nothing wrong buying footwear at Walmart but geez

I would love to express my appreciation to Jane who works in this store. My job requires for me to do a lot of walking, Jane was able to find me the perfect pair and my back stopped hurting and I definitely felt the difference in my posture.The experience was so great, I bought another pair and will only buy shoes from this store!

Wend shopping for Birkenstock and New Balance. The lady that served me was extremely knowledgeable. I had some issues with a high instep and she was able to help to find me shoes that fit well.Moreover, she followed COVID protocols and made me feel safe. Will definitely recommend this location.

‘Walked’ into the store shortly after it opened. Drove from Orillia with my 4 year old granddaughter as I needed some new Birks. We were the only ones in the store. The miserable sales lady shouted quite rudely immediately as we entered that we are not to touch anything and to sanitize, which we did. Within a minute of looking at product my granddaughter said she had to pee, so I kindly asked if my granddaughter could use the bathroom and she rudely said customers cannot use the bathroom. I mean come on!!! We were both masked up, had sanitized and this is a 4 year old! They can’t hold their pee for long after announcing they have to go. She was so rude right from the get go that it just left a very negative feeling. She even made a point of sarcastically saying “Have a good day” which was clearly not sincere. I had her before during COVID and remembered she was rude with no social skills before but sadly I forgot and was re-reminded!, Coincidentally I saw a few signs saying that they are looking for FULLTIME help. Well perhaps they can’t find and keep any other employees because of this person that really should not be working with people, let alone managing a store!Will never return.

Horrible customer service. When asking for a shoe size 9 the sales rep replied to my girlfriend with a sarcastic tone that they don't carry big shoes. Then disappeared into the back to see what they had. She returned to the front desk and continued to talk about schedules with her manager all the while not advising if they had any of her sizes.After waiting several minutes I approached the manager Joanne and asked if they had any of my girlfriend's sizes and was rudley told told by the manager to sit down and the rep will bring the shoes to her.A couple of minutes later the rep threw a pair of shoes on the ground next to her and walked off.The whole experience was horrible, so much so that the other customer n the store approached us and said that it was terrible and she walked out of the store without shopping any further.The store staff and management need to consider if retail is the right career choice for them or perhaps undergo some basic customer service training.

I have been to this store 3 times and the first 2 times I heard a male and female voice talking in the back stock room but no one came out to the show room. Twice! The third time I may just have served myself. Both my husband and I were looking for shoes and the sales staff at first ignored us, then when finally getting their attention the sales staff's knowledge and selling technique was very poor. She seemed bored and not willing to go the extra mile to sell us 2 pair of shoes. Sadly, we both walked out without a thing. It appears from the reviews that the staff needs to step up their game and pay attention to customer needs! on we went to DSW next door

We were there today to find dress shoes. Three staff were present. We were there looking at shoes for 20 minutes, no one asked if we need help. Which is fine. One associate was legitimately busy with the other customer. The other one was eating a granola bar sitting on a stool and the third was in the back on his phone.When we asked to get some sizes when the busy associate was done with her customer she told us she hasn't had her break yet and is done in a half hour. The girl eating her granola bar ignored us. And the guy in the back came out on his phone, and sighed loudly clearly upset we bothered him.Bought shoes at Designer Shoe Warehouse literally next door, same quality, more selection, better prices and staff.
