I bought a washer/dryer/oven in April 2020 during covid. This was one of the only places we could do business with since everything was shut down. We saw their ad on Facebook and went to their place on Papineau in Montreal which was not even a store. We chose our items by FaceTime from their store in Sherbrooke. Delivery as scheduled but very late hour. One month later the over broke. We had lost our receipt in our move, but the owner respected the guarantee just the same which was appreciated. We were given a loaner stove while waiting for the repairs. We were dragged along for over as month ( I think he wanted us to have the loaner stove which was inferior). Finally after constant calls and texts to the owner, we went to the store in Sherbrooke (I live in Montreal) and demanded news and an exchange.Now a few days ago, my dryer caught on fire. I called the owner immediately and he said no problem he will replace it. Again thank you since we had lost the receipt. Delivery was scheduled for this past Sunday after their deliveries in Sherbrooke. I was told by the lady it would be in the evening. We called a couple of times...8:30 pm, 9:30 pm and they were still delivering. It is always the same story oh in half an hour oh in an hour. Going on 10:00 pm , we called and texted for him to keep his dryer and that we want nothing further to do with this company.Unfortunately as I’m reading these reviews, I am appalled to see their response to negative feedback, calling customers stupide. What impression does that give possible new clients when researching whether to do business with you? It’s not professional at all.Good $prices$ does not = good customer service sometimes
