We dealt with Matt during our loan process and I cannot say enough good things about him or this location. Incredibly professional, friendly & just down to Earth. Matt was efficient & took the time to explain every little detail. Recently, individuals were attempting to take out loans using my identity. There were multiple soft and hard inquires made against my credit report over the course of a month. I had no idea until this Fairstone branch called and informed me of the situation. They were the only creditor out of 10+ distinct creditors (some being the largest and most trusted" in Canada)
