Bought a Merino wool shirt. The first one the seams were not sewn properly. We mailed the shirt back at a cost of $20.00. Laura sent a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement had two holes just above the nipple line.Laura sent a replacement along with a note implying that we were being dishonest.Until that point we were quite happy with the service.

I visit Nelson every year, and part of that visit must be a trip to Kutenai Clothing. Her cashmere is the best, and you can put it in your washing machine. It just keeps getting softer. The owner knows her products, and will help you find what you want.
