Just had a gentleman named Roman come to my home to replace the water meter . Very professional,,in and out in 20 or so minutes. He was friendly and did the work with a complete clean up at the end. Thank you for your professionalism.

We had some water issues with our pool and had been to pioneer 3 times and I was told everything was fine and the water would clear up...it just got worse. We were told to check out Neptune so I went the next day and they took the time to explain things to me, tested my water with a more accurate and true reading then other places..they didn't try to sell me any products if I already had them at home and I didn't feel rushed at all even with people waiting. Top notch customer service!!! I am happy to say that my water is crystal clear and I will not go to any other pool place.

Omar of Neptune Water Services replaced/updated our water meter. He was courteous, personable and efficient. It was the best experience I’ve had with a service person in 25 years.

Highly recommended. We called Neptune for our inlaws who just moved to Hagersville. The house has a water softener and filtration system the inlaws knew nothing about. I belivee his name was Eric, who drove by on his way home from work and checked everything out, showed them the features of their system and is working with them to get replacement parts/filters. The inlaws were impressed by the personable service. I'm glad we found them in our search.
