They were great at first and then I got sick so according to their fine print if you will for lack of a better term they only cover 14 missed payments so that does not help me in any way shape or form now they're calling my parents who I don't remember putting down as anything on the application but I could have because my my brain was not working properly anyways I've given them my total amount of disability that I get per month how much my car insurance is and how much I've left over for food they still continue to Hound me for the money yes I understand I still owe it but why are you hounding my parents now. So buyer or lender beware they charge you a lot to loan you money sure it's great if you just have a stopgap and you can you're able to repay it quickly then it's no problem but if you're in my boat things aren't so ducky

I have had nothing but great experiences with this company and I thank them for helping when I needed it! Will definitely continue to work with them!

Terrible service. Kept taking out money when they were not supposed to and now it’s been over two weeks and still have not received compensation

This company has saved me on several occasions. I have been struggling for so long but I have come to EasyFinancial and they always offer their help and it takes so much weight off my shoulders! The staff is friendly and easy to talk to.

Worst customer service ever! The employee wont even listen to me and keeps cutting me off and apparently you can’t make payments at any other branch because these guys lack communication methods and only welcome their guests to their home branch. The manager is worse who keeps telling the same thing as her employees and seems to have no authority whatsoever over anything.

I find them pushy, to the point I’m ready to walk thinking it’s not meant to be. I should have walked from my gut instinct. Unfortunately I didn’t. They have the highest interest that they have had to lower, there are better options out there. I should have went to my bank where I could have gotten a loan but at that point in time it was an emergency to have the money as quickly as possible. Some staff are flat out rude. I’m not sure if the rude one was the manager, she bossed the staff around so I’m assuming. I don’t recommend getting any type of loan here. You’ll be paying an outrageous amount for many years to come. Go up the street a little way north where they give a much better interest rate, lower payments and one year less of paying.

Easy financial is amazing, the staff are truly wonderful. They have helped our family so much over the past few years. If you ever need help in anyway I recommend the Easy Financial, fast friendly service. :) :) :) :) Kady is the greatest :) :) :)
