Having the pipe coming into my house separate from my shut off valve, I was at a loss on how to fix it. Jordan not only responded quickly, he actually showed up early. In a world of 4 or even 8 response times this was refreshing. Jordan also was very professional and did only what was needed not trying to run up the bill. I cannot express how much I was impressed by his competence and friendly manner.

My wife called me at 4am this morning when I was working a night shift, to tell me that our sump pump at our cottage was beeping and didn’t seem to be pumping water out properly. She sent me a video that looked like the basement was at risk of flooding. I had no idea how I would make it there in time and I wasn’t confident I could fix the problem quickly. I reluctantly started searching for “emergency plumber in Huntsville ontario”. Pipeflow Plumbing was one of the options that popped up and I gave them a chance witgoutnknow anything about any plumber in Huntsville. I don’t trust businesses easily so I didn’t have much hope when I called the 24 hr emergency number… I called at 5am and a groggy voice answered I anxiously explained what was happening and five minutes later Jordan was out of bed and heading out to my cottage. Jordan was professional, transparent, patient and skilled. A joint had come apart in the sump discharge line, causing the water to recirculate in the sump hole and not be pumped out. Jordan reassured my wife, chatted with my high-energy kids, all while working quickly. Jordan repaired the joint, extended the pipe so the same problem wouldn’t happen on the future and charged a very reasonable fee. In a world where workmanship and true service are so hard to find, Pipeflow (Jordan) is a throwback to a bygone era. Thank you for helping calm down a hectic situation Jordan and thank you for a job very well done. I can’t recommend Pipeflow enough. The water pump was shut down by itself at our cottage on Saturday. We found Pipe Flow Plumbing through Google search and they are the only one shows “open 24 hours”. Jordon responded right away by phone and texting. He was able to diagnose the issue remotely through photos and text us instructions. We fixed the problem by following his instructions. Really appreciate it! We would definitely use his business for any plumbing needs.

Jordan was very responsive in dealing with our cottage plumbing system problem. Quickly replaced the seized pump and upgraded the pressure tank. I really appreciated his honesty and willingness to explain the what's and whys of what he was doing.Later on, I had him back to relocate the water system in the basement and replace the old intake lines and foot valve. Pipe Flow has done a number of jobs for me over the last 8 years. I've always been completely satisfied with every aspect of the work.
