Motel 6

The front desk staff was very friendly. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised for the price we paid we got an exceptional room and they didn’t gouge us for our pets being with us. This will be our go to place when travelling

DO NOT STAY HERE! If I could give negative stars I would. This was literally the worst experience I have ever had. The rooms were dirty,I pretty much had to beg for new bedding and there was a full on party in the front parking lot and the staff didn't even care to shut it down. Oh and very poor front desk service.

If Zero stars were possible that's all this property is worth. Rooms that were filthy..sheets..not changed. Amenities described, Not even present in the room..the floors were sticky..with who knows what..the manager..that checked the room lied repeatedly promised credit to cover thr situation..and then pivoted..was rude and obstinate,conveniently unavailable at check out.. only to find a very young staff..maybe about 16..manging the chaos of check out. With bugs crawling on the counter ..while i was attempting to reconcile the situation..promised a manager would rectify this an call...No follow-up from the hotel. Shameful and disgusting...steer clear from this terrible hotel.

K brutally honest here, anyone who gives this place above 2 stars either has really low standards and doest stay in many hotels or is a fake rating. The place is a train wreck. Mass confusion at check in, rooms feel dirty, stains and holes in carpet and bed linens. Stupid small fridge. Vents all have a layer of caked on dust, showers still dirty on shower roofs from previous guests. Distinct impression management does not care about the guests stay just that it makes money. The confusion at check in hosted a manager berating one of his employees in front of guests. She tried to pull him aside to talk privately about something and he was like you CAN TALK. This doesnt look good in front of customers. Asked for sheets and linens with no stains or holes and told yeah we will came back later and same sheets are still on the bed. This owner and manager do not care about their guests. Good news though it has a great view!! Namely of the holiday inn right next door so walk yourself over there and enjoy it by checking in. Wish I could but the company is paying for this so I get no choice. Who offers guest laundry and keeps no change for their guests. This place needs gordan ramseys hotel hell visit to save it, I wont even sleep out of my clothes here, disgusting place.

I checked in at 3:30 and the room I was given had not been made up. I had somewhere to be so headed out assuming the room would be ready when I got back. Two hours later, the room had not been touched. I went to the front desk and was told it was my fault for not mentioning it earlier and there were no other rooms I could have nor could I get a refund. I asked him what I was supposed to do, and after some argument he finally assigned me another room.The room was dated and dirty, with stains on the carpet, walls, counters and bathroom floor. There was hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom and visible dirt in all corners.During my stay I left for an entire day and my room was not cleaned/made up, nor were the common areas.

I have been at this Hotel 6 for work for 12 days. The rooms needed cleaning when I checked in. Cleaned the bathroom, first towel was black the other turned out grey. Bed Sheets where at least clean when I checked in unlike another coworkers, they had different colored hairs in them. Co worker couldn't get house keeping to change Sheets so he bought some from Homesense.I haven't had my room properly cleaned since I got here. On day 10 I asked to have my room cleaned, the cleaning ladies only changed my towels, and emptied the garage can. Sheets where not changed and the carpet badly needs vacuuming.This morning my room key was not working. No big deal go down to the front desk, no one there. After 3 phone calls to the front desk ( no answer) and 20 mins of waiting the lady finally walks in for her shift. The night desk person had gone home, so no one was there.

Checked in on Thursday March 20, 2023 at 7pm. The front desk person on duty was argumentative and in a bad mood. When we got to our assigned room we discovered it had not been serviced after the previous guest. We went promptly back to the front desk and there was no word of apology at all, he just took our cards and rekeyed them to a different room.The new room was acceptable, but no service after our first nights' stay and only 1 clean towel available when we phoned the front desk to ask for fresh towels.

Found used underwear in the bed sheets.. assuming room service didn’t change the sheets after the last client. Hoping to get a refund or something, no one’s answering the phone.

Not a bad place they allow pets. Downside no pool. Also there continental breakfast could be a little bit better more variety maybe, it's just cereal and juice. The room was decent.
