Slease bags. This gas station has been advertising diesel at $0.20 less than everybody else for 2 weeks. They don't have any diesel they have not had any diesel for 2 weeks. I called yes we have diesel. I come no diesel

Had a sign saying 3 monsters for $6 in cooler with drinks but at the till it was not honoured as it was “expired” I questioned why it was on display as being false advertising… guy behind me in line laughed and smiled but staff wouldn’t sell at posted price

Worst location in town unfortunately! The reviews tell the truth, the customer service is terrible.Either the training is lacking, or the manager has some brushing up on policies to do.I had an unfortunate experience, after a year of coming to this specific location for cash back multiple days a week to ride the bus.I was suddenly refused cash back. I was told I needed to buy something of a certain value to be able to get bus change all of a sudden, after a year with no issue.I even called other locations in the city, they told me what I was told is incorrect, and they have no idea why I experienced an issue suddenly.Coming from a 19 year old that has trained many employees before, put the effort in so that things like this don’t happen. Either that, or the manager needs a refresher, asap.You’re coming across as sloppy, and inconsistent.

Employee was too lazy to actually look at my identification and they agressively demanded that it be turned over to scan it.They want to scan to track you. They claim it's to make sure it's legitimate ID but even if you have 3 peices of government issued ID they don't care to look they claim they cannot ring in any purchase that requires ID without scanning. I simply asked why and was told I should take my business elsewhere. That's horrible business practice to tell customers to make their purchases elsewhere Laura (manager). Even if this is the case you should really ask your employee Chris-female to save the aggression and the attitude for when they are not professionally representing a company especially one that is otherwise very customer service oriented. It leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth.

Worst customer serviceStaff on the counter refused to give cash back in very impolite way, when asked for manager then started talking in philipino language with another staff member (no english). Told me to complain the manager as if she dont care.Avoide this place if you can

this place is never open. They just put up a piece of paper that says back at 6 am or when ever they feel like it. This is every night, but not regular times. Some times they'll close at 9 or when ever and be open at 11:15 like today.. The internet says that it's busier than usual right now, but that's a lie it's not even open. I was just there. There's no way to tell when they decide to close down, so most of the time I just wasted my time trying see if they're open or not and have to go home empty handed. Really disrespectful to the customers. I wish this store closed down permanently so a new store with competent management would open instead. I can see the clerks when I come by, sitting there doing nothing. Also I've written to head office and there has been no action taken, so it's not going to change. please close this store permanently. this is a waste of a spot

They don’t allow to let you in with your dog!! Coming from a long walk with my dog and couldn’t get a beverage because they didn’t allow my well behaved dog.

7 11, at 4 o'clock in the morning, your greatful there open. Good selection, nice coffee, a bit pricey but handy

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!I ordered from skip the dishes at this location.Item was missing so I contacted skip support and they said they couldn't reach me on my phone number so I checked the phone number on my profile it was right. So I called this 7eleven asked why I wasn't called to have this item replaced. It was a slurpy, it could have been replaced with a different flavor but instead they decided to be lazy. Top it all off the lady who answered the phone hung up on me and would not answer the phone after.GREAT customer service.This was at 930-940 P.M Tuesday May 9th.Never shopping here again.

I came in to purchase a SpeakOut SIM card. The cashier charged my card $56 and handed me a piece of paper. I asked where is the SIM card? She looked puzzled at me then shrugged her shoulders and would not give my money back.I was instructed to come back when the manger was in and like a fool came back to be told no again!Seems a bit shadey to me, I'm out $100 and still can't make a phone call. What is it that you sold me?
