I couldn’t change my plan. The website is full of bugs. When I sign in in the app it doesn’t even move on from the login page. Idk is the chatr under maintenance?

Bad company I been with them one month and they take from me extra money and even when I cancel the account with them the take more money from me and when I want to them to ask them about it they make me wait for long time.

Richa, is absolutely amazing, amazing customer service. I switched cellphone providers to chatr. She was very thorough going over the plan with me. Took not even 5 minutes to switch my current number over and activate my new phone and set up pre authorized payments. She gave me her card so I could contact act her directly, instant of calling customer service and having to wait. As for chatr itself I find the service just the same as my old provider but cheaper by 80 dollars. So happy I found a new cellphone provider that is affordable with a better plan. Highly recommend chatr.

The chatr booth at Fairview mall was so incredible!! Richa the store manager was extremely helpful in assisting me with my new chatr phone and plan. Chatr has amazing service and plans and i thank you all so much ! Affordable as well. Amazing customer service at this booth and highly reccommend. Thanks chatr & Richa :)
