Top notch service and equipment that’ll satisfy purists to beginners. Just picked up an AMAZING Robinson amp that’ll kick my Mesa Boogie to the curb. Support small business and shop local! I've been into Black Rose several times now. The owner Peter is friendly, helpful, and professional.His guitars and other merchandise are competitively priced, clean and ready to go. I wouldn't hesitate to buy and play any of their guitars.I have ordered parts from them. Pricing is good, service excellent, and my stuff arrived super fast.Everytime I walk in staff are busy doing something, the gear on their tech bench always gets the love I'd want for my guitars, even my high end gear.I have built several guitars, amps, and over 700 custom pedalboards. I have also Tech'd for pro guitarists back stage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Black Rose to anybody. I'll be going back!

The owner is kind and generous. Brought in an old guitar for some fret work and a set up. Sounds better than ever. Highly recommended.

Drove up to Acton from Port Credit and found that it is ' worth the drive to Acton '. The Black Rose is an old school, very friendly guitar shop. The guitars ranged from the very affordable to mid priced brand named acoustic and electric.What drew me there, however, was the selection of Scully western shirts which are very hard to find in my area. Peter was very accomodating and offered me a discount on the shirts that I bought.Really pleased with my visit to The Black Rose.

I bought a electric Hawain guitar from South Asia which is not available here. Last night suddenly one of the strings has broken . Moreover, amplifier also wasn’t working.I was so upset as I can’t get it here or didn’t know where to fix or whether it will be expensive.I google and find this store where they fix guitars. I called that shop and explained my problem to the gentleman named Peter.I went there right away with my guitar and amplifier. He fixes both my guitar and amplifier with no cost.I really was speechless. I don’t know how to thank him but I strongly recommend everyone to go to him for your guitar problem. He is very experienced and caring person.I am really so impressed as he fixes my so favourite instrument.
