Normally I would so never do this, but really... this place rocks. I am a strong independent woman and most tool stores treat me like I don't know how to build a shed...But the staff here treated me like an actual human being and had everything I needed.Would recommend, and will certainly be shopping here again and again.Thank you for respecting women!!!

Great people. Great products. Great selection. Great prices. Knowledgeable staff. Friendly and helpful. Shout out to Adam, Byron and Courtney. Every town should have an Adams Tarp N Tool.Seriously you gotta go in just to check out their selection of gloves alone. Lol. Highly recommend.Honestly it’s a one stop shop. Visit often. They have it and if they don’t you don’t need it. For real. They are the real deal. Quality. Service. Price. And they back their product. Please like my review if it was helpful.

The staff here are great! Friendly and knowledgeable and if they don’t know they can direct you to who does or find out for you!! All without being treated like a dumb a$$ for not know the exact wording, correct jargon or exact name of what you are looking for!! Great deals always! A pleasure to shop there every time ! Mark, Michael, Keith and there Asst. Manager; Staciee and Manager; Anthony You can’t be led to a better place for people who know what customer service is about!!

Adam goes above and beyond in customer service. I couldn’t find the right planer blades and rather than allowing my project to fall behind its timeline, Adam went to his store after hours, found the right blades and delivered them! That kind of customer care is practically non existent in this day and age. It reaffirms that shopping local is the *only* way to go and Adam’s stores excel in that. I’m loyal for life. Thank you Adam!

I went into the store this morning to purchase a snow shovel and some salt for my driveway and was incredibly happy with all of the staff! They were all happy, helpful and knowledgeable! I highly recommend you stop in for any tarps, tools or seasonal items!

Top notch customer service even when busy in the store. I feel glad to have a locally owned and operated business finding and sharing the best deals possible on tools and hardware. I absolutely recommend giving these guys a shot at supplying you with your tool needs.

**UPDATE**Had a nice chat in person with Adam. He explained some of the issues he faced with a few of the dealers and I have since updated my experience to 5*I will give him the benefit of the doubt because he genuinely felt bad and wanted to make it up to me. Thank you for taking the time to listen to your customers.Original message...Drove to Duncan from Victoria to attend The Islands biggest trade show" on Saturday only to find some of the dealers closing down or already gone (Milwaukee). Advertised show hours were regular business hours but obviously that wasn't the case. Very misleading and a complete waste of my time and gas."
