Pro Passport Photo

I did digital photo for US visa in the store, tried to submit it with my application on government web site and got a note: the photo you have submitted did not meet quality standards. I went back to the shop at the same day to check if I can re do the picture tomorrow, the women said yes they can do it for me.When I came next day to redo the photo I wasn't proposed to re do it or to have my money back.I offered to test the photo online, so they can see that I don't lie but was told that they don't have access to the internet. At the end I was told that my face is too long that’s why the photo wasn't accepted. It was really upsetting.

Their US visa photo failed the 1st time-my head’s proportion was too big. I went back. So make sure to bring your laptop and test on-site if you don’t want to waste your time.

I want to mark zero star if I can. I was asked 30$ dollars for only 4 photos! I knew the price after the hardcopies has come out. Photos quality was much lower than the photo studio where I took the photo. Not worth at all.I just saw the reply below which is totally a lie. First of all, I took the photo in somewhere else and they just printed them out for me and they charged me 30 dollars. Secondly, I never speak abusive language.Thirdly, I'm a lady. By reading the respond below I realize that store is bad at service, but good at slandering. Anyway, never go there again.

Me and my wife took our passport photos here on a Saturday and he's amazing, super friendly and excellent customer service. He paid great attention to detail in getting our photos right. I decided to use his store's photo services from now on even though.

I was provided the service so 2 stars for that but not happy with the photo produced and the customer service.It may work for you as other seems to be happy with service but it didn't work for me.The flash left white spots on my face, the resolution of the digital copy was low and I was ignored and not heard attentively on the issues as soon as another customer came in. Also if you don't accept credit card, you should mention this before the transaction, not my fault for not knowing what is the shop policy in this regard.

It took about 15-20 min to have my photos done because the cashier kept helping other customers and she was running back and forth and let me stand there.. I would be ok with that but the photo quality is really bad, the resolution is not sufficient when she cuts the face detail from the photo and turns it etc... and the printer doesn't help it either. Colours are terrible due to the flash and poor lighting. My face was bright pink on the pic and the cashier was like nice skintone." Seriously? I didn't know if I should laugh or cry. Waste of time and money but unfortunately

Excellent Customer Service and Very Professional.My first photo got some problems uploading, I came back and he fix it.

The lady taking my passport picture payed such incredible attention to detail to ensure that my passport photo would not get rejected. 10/10 recommend!
