This place is AMAZING. I had a very last-minute alteration to get done on a bridesmaids dress, and not only was I able to get in quickly, but the job was done so well. It looked like the exact same dress, just fitting much better. Couldn't even tell where she sewed and let out the dress.Dawn is so nice, so helpful, and excellent at her job. Anyone looking for dress alterations needs to call here.

One word i got home and found bed bugs im my order i was upset called and they were rude told me it not there problem they rent to dirty people on main floor cost us 700 for a exterminator to make sure its not my problem i have a super clean house and past inspection will not recommend

Extremely impressed with the service received at the North Bay Bridal Gallery. I purchased a dress at the last minute for an engagement party and required the length to be shortened. The owner was very accommodating and completed it within a very short time span. The sewing was professional and the cost very reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank YOU!!!!!

Dawn is absolutely incredible. I purchased a bridesmaid dress from Dawn, and had two dresses altered. I would absolutely recommend this bridal salon. Dawn is so sweet and helpful!

I went in looking for a completely nontraditional wedding dress and Dawn was amazing. She had one look at me and immediately knew my size and picked out amazing dresses for me to try. Even though I didn't want the typical wedding gown, she was totally on board with thinking outside the box and found me my dream dress. Her honestly was much appreciated with styles and color choices. She didn't try to up-sell me once or steer me in a different direction; she just found me exactly what I was looking for. Prices were reasonable. Selection was really great for my size. 10/10 would recommend.

Dawn is the most amazing seamstress and a lovely person. I had 5 dress alterations done there this past year and I never go anywhere else. Dawn is professional and incredibly talented with a needle and thread. Thank you Dawn! I will recommend you as much as I am able!

If you are from out of town don’t book an appointment here. I called the store a few weeks ago and tried to book an appointment for Saturday (family day weekend). The store said they couldn’t do Saturday so I booked an appointment in the afternoon Friday. A few days ago I got a call from the store to say they couldn’t do the Friday appointment at 3pm and tried to change my appointment to the Saturday morning. I was not available sat. morning and they couldn’t give me an appointment sat. afternoon. We agreed that I would do an earlier appointment Friday. I just received a call today from the store to say she is leaving Friday morning and has to cancel the appointment. If I am in town Monday I can make an appointment.The person I spoke to was not professional and I would not trust an appointment booked with her. On the first conversation with her, it sounded like she wasn’t sure if she would be around this weekend. I am a very accommodating person and tried to make an appointment work. Don’t set an appointment if you have no intention to be open for it. I understand that it’s a long weekend and I would have appreciated her just saying they aren’t open to start. I would have had 3 weeks to find other places to book wedding dress shopping.

Five stars isn't enough to describe my experience here. I unknowingly took my bridesmaid dress to a terrible seamstress who quite literally butchered my dress just 2 weeks before the wedding. I then took my butchered dress to the Bridal Gallery and she was just as horrified as I was with what had been done by Sew What. The Bridal Gallery undid what had been completed, and altered my dress the proper way, quickly and perfectly. Very thankful for the Bridal Gallery, highly recommend for alterations!
