Amazing service. Was having issues with my Lenovo laptop and Fidel from Kaztro was sent to help. Even though Fidel is based in Cambridge, he came to our store in Brantford was able repair my laptop quickly. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and I will be using him in the future for any computer needs, repairs or advice.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this service was. This review would almost seem set up because the owner treated me with unbelievable service . I can't remember the last time I've received service this great. Way way above and beyond for me me and even made improvements that I didn't ask for. This needs to be your first choice in phone or computer repair in the area.
