This company was recently bought by a french group because it was already having a lot of problems with the worst costumer service as you can see from previous reviews. The new director, JEREMY, mentioned that he was going to take complains personally and respond to all of them. Its been months since I have been trying to contact them to update the intercom list and IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH them. The phone calls are never being answered, Calina Constantinescu responds one of 10 emails that I send to her. They really dont seem to care, they only care about the fees that they charge for the awful management that they offer. All co-owners of the building got extra charged and we are still waiting to be reimbursed. Nothing has been done yet. The experience with this company is really bad. Solution condo was a lot better for us

This management is like a dictatorship. They will control everything you do, even if you are the owner of the property you live in. I highly recommend you avoid them at all costs. Once they are managing your property, they will never leave, and will increase fees year by year and suck the money out of you like a vampire.

Used to be good at first, but the company was recently sold, and in the last several months, it has been absolutely awful! They have been complete deadbeats despite having a management contract with our association. Most of our emails go unanswered, and the annual financial statements and meetings is over 6 months late. Avoid at all cost!

Gestactif is by far one of the worst property management companies you can deal with. Their staff is incompetent and will not take action on anything. It took them months of calls and emails back and forth. They do not take accountability and will go as far as blaming everyone else, including the client. The issues are still unresolved. Looking forward to a change of management company.

Extremely incompetent company. They organized an annual general meeting on Zoom and put a passcode in the link. I contacted them the day earlier about it and no response.Very unprofessional. Avoid this business.

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this condo management company. They do not respond to questions from owners, the building we are in is slowly decaying and they can't be bothered to answer the people who burn their hard earned money on their fees. It feels like we are being supervised rather than supported, this is not what a union should feel like.

Truly a terrible, unprofessional company. We had a leaking bath that did not get fixed for 11 months (!) because we had to deal with gestactif's incompetent plumbing company. The person responsible for our file at gestactif was unresponsive and extremely unhelpful. They are a management company, but we had to manage the whole repairs ourselves. Gestactif was an active hindrance at every step of the way. Had we hired our own choices, this problem would've been resolved in three weeks tops instead of 11 months.I'll probably get a generic HR response just like every other negative review of this terrible company that'll pretend to care about our experience. Don't buy it.Do not trust this company with managing your condo. In fact, this experience makes me want to join the condo board just to end the agreement with gestactif - which is pretty big statement, given how little most people (including me) care about condo management.

Own condos managed by them, they're very inactive and taking so long to do anything with them. It's like talking to a wall, but very quick to charge bills.

I normally don't leave negative reviews but I will make an exception here. They neglect their duties and do not respond to any inquiries/concerns about our building.Avoid this property management company at all costs.

Terrible service. Lots of talks and little actions. They hide behind a curtain of regulations and overcharge for everything. They are not to be trusted. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
