Sunnidell Golf

More than a year since I was let go and still waiting for the owners so comply with the labor board decision for the Owners to pay 20 hours to a student they hired and fired last year without notice. Lied in their explanation that they never hired them but had no issue having that person show up as scheduled.Also waiting for them to pay holiday pay that the labor board confirmed is a standard in Ontario that Sunnidell is not exempt from. They have cheated every employee that has worked for them for 5 years. They will not even acknowledge the labor board. Instead they are happy to have both their personal credit ratings affected as it has gone to the Government of Canada collections office.Truly sad way to run a local business who hires local students. They have no issue taking advantage of every Government of Ontario Handout / benefit for hiring local students but don’t pass that along. I can almost guarantee that any staff that were hired for this season were also released with no notice or no compensation.To put this into perspective, it totals about $600 owed but they have been handed more than that in fines for breaking the Labor board standards for which they are also ignoring.Spend your money elsewhere where the staff are treated with honesty and respect.LizFinally received my membership refund today. Prompt as promised - I am not so sure, seeing I live 4.2km away. Disappointed it did not contain the interest they earned while they kept my money for 6 months after denying my request for a refund on December 1st. Unfortunate! Great course - too bad the owners are unethical and treat staff this way. Even more unfortunate is they just did this to someone who used to be good friends with them. I am not the toxic one that created that environment they posted about in their response. All I asked for was a little honesty and integrity, but like the interest, I did not receive it.To the other members of the 2021 staff who had their contracts cut short or laid off without notice, you are entitled to 1 weeks pay. Beautiful course lots of fun and very good prices!

Was a little rushed tee time booked a little to close to ladies league. Would have been doable had there not been a slower group in front of us.

We had a great time at open mic on Sunday afternoon.

Ok for par 3 course but not for me. I did like the facilities great club house but I did not realize it was 18 par 3 holes before I went. I enjoy a longer course personally. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I may return for the driving range.

Great little course, very welcoming! I had my friends from my hometown visit and we played Sunnidel, everyone had a great time and we all raved at the hospitality! Will be back plenty!!!

Had an amazing time, drove down from Kingston with my lady! And played a round of 18 holes on the virtual simulator. Great service amazing conditions and very clean. Food was fantastic too! Highly highly recommend the virtual simulator
