My laptop is my lifeline as my work and income depends on it. It's frame broke and it looked nasty. I'm so grateful that Sam was able to repair it in less than 24 hours for a fair price. He did a great job. I can confidently say that he runs a good, honest business, with genuine passion. Highly recommend Optic PC for computer repairs!

I went to 4 different Computer Repair Stores cause I dropped liquid on my Laptop, I told all of them that I’d be really great if my laptop can be checked as soon as possible, since I use it every day and I am having a trip in 1 week, all of them wanted to take between 2-3 days just to make the diagnostic and then put a price depending on the damage…Great thing I went to Optic PC, I explained my situation to the technician and he told me he would try to do it today and he’d try to call me in case he found out the issue, otherwise he will call me latest on Monday morning (today is Saturday 2 pm). Paid 30$ for a diagnostic but this store inspired lot me more confidence and treatment was professional. After all the positive reviews I’m trusting 100% on them, if the service keeps going this well, I will write another review with that I am expecting to be happy with them. This seem to be one of those few places you can trust the devices that you love.

I came to Sam twice for battery-related issues. The first time I came in I had to replace a laptop battery that would cause it to shut down automatically. Sam somehow managed to find a new battery with a much higher capacity that's compatible with an EIGHT YEAR OLD laptop. For the second time, I brought my mom's phone in because the battery could no longer carry a charge. My mom also gave me a second phone because she thought she could take the battery out of that one and place it in her phone. Sam charged me a very reasonable price for the service of taking apart two phones, and even though the batteries didn't match and couldn't be swapped, he used another battery and that one worked! Now my mom's phone is working again and she's pretty happy it!I highly recommend Optic PC!

Seems like a nice guy. Not a good spot for iPhone repair. Busted my home button and had me pay for a new one. The new one was also broken. Lowest fee in the area but you get what you pay for.

Sam was really a great help. These guys have gone beyond what's been expected of local technician's repair shops to make sure that the repair of my laptop was done in a solid way without charging absorbitantly for the effort necessary to diagnose and make sure the machine was working perfectly well with sufficient testing in order to be sure. Not fussy, reasonably priced. Super solid work ethic. I highly recommend their business. Thanks very much, guys !

Paid to have my laptop HDMI port repaired. The stores hours are inconsistent so getting a hold of them is tough. They forgot to call me when the repair was done so it wasn't until I finally phoned them to ask what was happening that they told me the repair was complete. I asked if they replaced the component or simply re-soldered they said they re-soldered but it was now working fine. Once I got it home I discovered It wasn't. It has the same connectivity issues. Next time I'll go somewhere that's a little bit more expensive. You get what you pay for I guess.

Sam is just the most friendly and nice guy ... he was soo thoughtful and wanted to give us the best service possible for a reasonable price. We visited him for a laptop repair but needed up with not only a fixed laptop but also a polished one (he did us a free cleaning and polishing service). I also ended up buying a whole host of other electronic items to please the geek in me.All the best Sam... keep up the great attitude and you will always do well.. :)

When I first contacted Optic PC I was upset about my laptop which was not working at all. Sam listened to my concerns and said he could help. Sam fixed my laptop quickly, price did not change from the initial quote and price was reasonable. I am very pleased and definitely would recommend Optic Pc.
