Great experience from start to finish. The lady on reception was very nice and talkative with a welcoming manner. The gentlemen that did my test was named David, he was very straight forward and thoroughly explained my results to me with no pressure to purchase anything. I would recommend this clinic for the friendly staff and great service and will be buying hearing aids from them in the future.

I originally took my elderly mother to the Port Moody location for a hearing test as it is closer to our home but after making an appointment and showing up, we were turned away because our issue was related to a WCB claim and they were not equipped to handle it. Unfortunate, but fine.We were then told to book an appointment with the Burnaby location so I went online to the booking form and made my appointment. A few weeks later, we show up for the appointment and we're told that there is no appointment booked for us and our name isn't in the system. Odd, because I remember seeing a confirmation form pop up on the webpage after booking but alas, I didn't take a screenshot so my mistake I guess...The receptionist then requests that we book in for another appointment to which we do and at the time let her know that this is for a WCB claim.We show up a couple weeks later and meet with tester who was mostly pleasant, but little did we know that she is NOT a Registered Audiologist. She is a Hearing Practitioner and Hearing Practitioners are not authorized to sign off on WCB claims. ARGH...WCB receives the report, calls the clinic to let them know of the error and also gives me a call letting me know that I need rebook for a 3rd appointment. When I call back to re-book, there's no apology from the receptionist, she just says oh yes I know. WCB already called me about you".Another 2 weeks go by and we show up for our *hopefully* last appointment. This time I confirm that we are meeting with a Registered Audiologist (RA) and things seem like they'll finally go our way. Perfect - let's get this over and done with already. We essentially go through the exact same test that we did in the previous visit with one small extra piece. We're informed that the RA will fax in the results to WCB after the appointment.3 weeks go by. Nothing.I check the status of my WCB claim online and see that they have reached out to the clinic because they haven't received our test results. The telephone memo literally says

I took my mom here a few months ago and the audiologist was extremely awkward and pretty unhelpful. He also made no attempts at follow up. I would never go back to that audiologist.
