Is this location in financial difficulty? Not what it used to be. Food was not Swiss Chalet quality. Out of sides and little choice we had.. got half servings! Not SC express quality, nor Harvey's quality for the price. Update...We completed the survey already

Been here a bunch and did get food poisoning here in the past, but that won't affect my review. Gotbthe Veggie Burger due to the hype. I enjoyed it and it tasted like a burger and would recommend it (8.1/10).

I can’t give you 0 star, because there’s no option. You guys gave me Carmel shake instead of Oreo shake. That’s ***** bad experience. I would never come here again. I am allergic to caramel , if I accidentally drink it I would be suffered from serious health problem. This place should be shut down permanently.

Had my neighbour win this contest where they came over to cook some meals and all in all I can say the staff was amazing and had a great sense of humour! It was loving, quick and just an overall great experience! the burgers were fantastic and so were the hot dogs! If I were to ever choose to eat at a restaurant it would be this one! Thank you guys! Stopped in at this location today to order Swiss Chalet Chicken because we no longer have a location in Chatham. Very disappointed at what we received given the price that was charged. We ask for a side baked potato which they didn't have, so we asked for mashed and were told they don't have that either. Only choices Onion Rings, Fries or Fried Dill Pickle. We chose the Fries for one order and Onion Rings for other. Portions of these sides were rather puny to say the least. For what we received for money we paid was disappointing. To boot the chicken was rather tasteless when finally ate it at home. It will be a long time before we ever come back to this location, certainly not for the chicken. Not up to Swiss Chalet standards.
