I just received my Tun Up hot sauce mango flavour and I was blown away after the first taste. Saw the pop up shop at Vaughan's Assembly Park Block Party and had a sample of the Ghost Pepper hot sauce...let's just say I was excited to have finally found real hot sauce! Tried these sauces at a local market and had to grab a few bottles! I got the Mango Ghost Pepper and the Pineapple Scotch Bonnet. They pack some heat without burning your tongue off. The tropical hint of pineapple and mango makes them perfect to kick up your Summer dishes. I enjoyed adding these sauces to my burrito bowl and salsas for some added heat and flavour. I will definitely be back for more!

I met the owner Emmanuel only a couple weeks ago at a small market vendor popup and already half way done my bottle of Pineapple Tun Up. He's a friendly, passionate and enthusiastic guy and his booth is always a fun time haha! It's great on everything from pizza to marinades or as a dipping sauce - like he says, it's just that good!" It's made with really simple ingredients and I like the pineapple one the best because there is both heat from the scotch bonnet but also a sweetness from the pineapple. It's the most fitting summer hot sauce. He does a great job at creating a hot sauce with balance - not making it too hot where you can only taste the spice and nothing else numbing your tastebuds
