Their credit department has helped us through stressful times collecting money and making life easier. Dispatch has been absolutely great scrambling to get us trucks when insanely busy ! Price is the best around by far Sarjeants is just all around great to deal with and we at Thompson Enterprises have built our company around there’s and rely on them for all concrete supply could not be happier !! Just finished a new House Build. I contracted Sarjeants to complete the Duct install, Furnace, and air Conditioner. Everything was completed in a professional manner, and significantly cheaper than the other Quotes I had obtained. Also, the furnace and air Conditioner are Trane Models which is a step above what most Companies are installing today.Would Highly recommend them.

I appreciate it.I'm on auto delivery for home heating propane, meaning my tanks are supposed to be monitored and kept full. Over the last two winters I've had my tanks run to empty twice. Each time happened on a weekend, leaving me with no heat or stove to cook meals. The first time I was told I'd be charged around $200 for an after hours delivery (which eventually I was not). This time the customer service people were nicer, but not super helpful and I'm currently sitting here without heat and had to microwave our dinner. I don't think I'll be continuing business with this company.

Great service, on spec and on time. They push that extra mile to give you the service you didn't know you needed.Been in concrete for years and let me tell you it's hard to find people passionate about their jobs like these guys are.

Noticed a Sargeants' concrete truck painted with an all seeing eye ....I would research what that symbol means.You might consider removing it.

I ordered 5 cubic meters of concrete on August 29 I was told it would take 3 weeks because of high demand. I agreed I was told the dispatcher would contact me to arrange a delivery date. I called today Sept 7th, to see when that date might be and was told sorry we do not have enough cement maybe in April, Setting aside the delays I would have expected this company to at least let me know that they were not going to honor there agreement with me.
