Moda Hair Salon Sarnia

Today was my first visit and it won’t be the last! Today’s appointment was for my 4 year old, who gets overwhelmed when it comes time to getting a haircut. Carley W. was fantastic!! Very personable, quick and made the whole process enjoyable. Thank you again Carley

I sent my mom for a long over due hair appointment. She came out of there looking 20 years younger and feeling so beautiful! Her hair was coloured and curled so perfectly. I wish I could post before and after photos!. The service and atmosphere was exactly what she needed. I can’t thank the Moda staff enough for taking care of my mom!

After hearing so MANY reciews from friends and family I decided to give Moda a try. The staff, atmosphere and quality of services did not disappoint.Moda provides top notch service.I was pleasantly surprised to find that not only do they take care of beautiful hairstyles they also provide additional services such as extentensions, Make up applications, and so much more. Each staff member is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field. I highly recommend this full service salon. It's become my new destination for all my hair care needs!Thanks Becca and Najwa you ladies made my hair beautiful!

Hard to book an appointment when nobody answers the phone. Called twice it rang four times and went to voicemail. They should really hire someone to answer the phone. Guess they don't need the business.

I really admired their work till today when they charged me for full highlights when I got only partial done.. upon questioning, I was told I have too much hair and they had to use extra toner to reach the shade I wanted when I had just left everything on Veronica. She seemed sweet but I am just sad I was ripped off today. Will consider other options in Sarnia next time…

I'm extremely disappointed! I booked my son for a Wash, Cut & Blow Dry.... Well they did the cut but forgot the wash, style & blow dry and still charged him the full price! I even made him tip $10 on top of like $35. If I'd known that right away I would of said oh heck no! The 1st hair job they did awhile ago was phenomenal! A young lady with long blond hair obviously knows what she was doing I should of got her name last time" but he had a new hair stylist this time who didn't do as requested. I trusted them alone with him bc he's almost an adult but I feel they took advantage of the situation. My son said it was a moody brown haired girl with glasses! So I'm not very pleased especially with charging him full price for just a cut and no wash & blow dry & moodiness!"

Always have an amazing experience at Moda! Have had my hair cut a couple times, and an updo done for a wedding. They were done amazingly by super talented & caring people! I would highly recommend!

I have never experienced worse service in my life. I was on my third visit to this salon. My first visit was mediocre. I was pleased with my second visit, so I decided to go back, but the stylist I had had on my second visit didn't work weekends or later hours, so I had to get a different stylist. I went in to get my hair trimmed and my roots dyed. On my second visit, the stylist had put in some blonde highlights with an all over copper colour. On my third visit I just wanted to get my root line removed. I had a bad feeling when the stylist went to the girl at the desk to ask her advice. At this point, I asked if it would be easier to just put the colour all over again, rather than trying to match the roots. The girl working the desk asked if I wanted a different colour and I said no, I liked the red. My stylist went to get the card with the notes from my second visit. She dyed my roots and only my roots, the original copper colour and proceeded to load my head with blonde highlights. When she washed my hair and started to dry it, she noticed right away that the roots were extremely red and she had put in so many blonde highlights that I now looked like a blonde. She went and got more dye and redid my roots. As she dried it, I was quite concerned, I had very dark roots and I no longer looked like a red-head. When she asked if I liked the colour, I expressed my concern at the roots being a completely different colour. She apologized saying she thought it must have been written on the card incorrectly. I was told to wash it a few times and that it would fade, but if I was still unhappy, to contact them and they would fix it at no charge. I waited about ten days to call washing it about five times and still wasn't happy. When I called, I was told there was a seven day limit to have it fixed and I had waited too long. When I said, I hadn't been told there was a time limit and if that was the case it was probably best we part ways, the girl on the phone actually said, Hon
