A Step Above, these guys are truly helpful from start to finish. They had my new bike ready to go with pedals on, and even set my shock sag and pressures before I left the shop. They’re down to earth and just other mtb’ers like yourself. They’ve earned a loyal customer.

I have been here a few times in the past year and each time the service has been outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable staff. Even with a busy store, they know how to help multiple customers simultaneously which is something other stores struggle with.In particular, Sunny went above and beyond what I could have hoped for with his advice, patience and flexibility in helping me get a new mountain bike.Will defs be going back there for future purchases. I was in today to get the bindings on my skis adjusted and I was greeted by Jack. Talk about “white glove service”! While waiting to get the adjustment done, I asked Jack for his advice on ski boots. Being a novice at skiing and everything ski related, Jack took about an hour of his time to educate me, show me and teach me without any intention of selling. He offered to look at my current ski boots and was able to figure out the reason they were not a perfect fit for me and offered to adjust them for free. I don’t think I ever received such good, honest costumer service. I have read some bad reviews about this store and I do think that, yes, sometimes not all employees are that great. But before bashing a business over one incident, talk to a manager, see if they can fix it and make it better for you.Jack was outstanding and I will be a returning costumer, thanks to his knowledge, kindness and genuinity.

Everyone has a great attitude, awesome customer service. They had a killer boxing day sale and were willing to hold an item for me temporarily. Happy to support local board shops

Had a great experience at this location thanks to Duncan. He spent over an hour with me, helping me find the right ski boots for some issues I was having. I returned and got again exceptional service from Duncan. Super knowledgeable, experienced and helpful!

Two absolutely horrible experiences with this store. I really wouldn't recommend going if you are looking for customer service, if you know what you want, go in and buy it, otherwise avoid this store.My first experience: I had ordered a pair of snowboard boots from them. They were in Whistler so they had to transfer them to the store. I called them and they told me come by on Monday to pick them up". Monday comes around

I bought a jacket from this store. Order ‘S’ size and then they cancelled my order stating website haven’t got updated properly. We agreed to get M size jacket. That was a defect product. I called them multiple times and sent emails to their customer service.After all I received this following response from one of the service agent.“” probably just got a bit crooked from shipping, which can be fixed by just wearing it “”Asked them to provide assurance on this statement. What if doesn’t work. I paid more than 200$ for this jacket and this shop asking to adjust with what I had received.Worst service ever!!!Even Manager wasn’t responsive. Would be raising Consumer complaint on this issue. Forcing customers to buy on what they send.This is what I got as their response.The statement quoted in your “”message is not a guarantee but merely speculation based on your description of the alleged issue””Never ever buy the product online from this store. Sad to see a lot of people posted bad reviews already.

Just the nicest and most knowledgeable bike shop you could wish for! I've been saving up for something special and was worried about making the right choice, but they patiently helped me work through all my concerns. You really don't get service like that hardly anywhere these days.
