The Children's Place

Had to exchange my online order. Louise was fantastic. We got right it and exchanged our items within10 minutes. No hassle at all. Knew the exact items and where they were in the store. Very pleased. Thanks Louise

It was a bad experience ever with Children Place. I have been shopping with CP in Fairview many times and they are great so I thought it would be the same with CP in Cambridge Centre. But it is obviously not.The girls at the store was not helpful at all, did not want to answer any questions. Once we asked for the winter pant for my girl, which was thick, Candice - one of the sale staffs there - ignored us and tried to show us some other thin pants they have which was totally not what we were looing for. We asked two times and finally gave up after she kept talking about something totally confusing.When we was at the check out, she even did not get our email correctly even I reminded her to check once more time since my email was a bit long. My conclusion: never come back there again since it will ruin my day.

When I bought a few items a while back the manager assured me I could return or exchange whatever didn't work out, only to go today to return (apparently 2 days past the date) and they said they can't do ANYTHING, not even a store credit or exchange. I'll never shop here again.

Their return policy is the worst! I tried to return a gift to the store but because I didn't have a receipt I cannot return or exchange, not for store credit, not for anything. I left the store and called customer service. After wasting my time on the phone for 20 minutes I was told there is nothing that they would do for me. They told me I need to go to the person that gifted it to me and ask for the receipt! Do you know how ridiculous that is?! The person that gifted me this is not in my area, and I would never go and tell them I don't like what they gave me and that I need the receipt so I can return it. I know of someone else who had the receipt and they would not return or do an exchange. I will never shop here and I will advise other people not to shop here either. Unless you know for sure that the product you buy is what you really really want.

I had the worst experience with this store and will never shop there again. I was dealing with the store manager and it was the worst experience I have had in retail in a very long time Louise did not represent the brand or company in any sort of positive light.Doing a return with the original reciept, tags still on the items and trying to get a refund on the same form of payment and the store refunded.WOW, I am very very there are children retailer out there. I would tell everyone spend your money at any other retailer please

Great clothes for kids. Staff is very helpful. I shop online as well but if I need to return anything they are always helpful.

Used to love this store, great sales and all, but in the last 2 years I've noticed a considerable decrease in quality. Most shirts, leggings and dresses are now mixed cotton/polyester blend when they used to be 100% cotton; problematic for kids with sensitive skin. The knits are also rougher, more prone to fabric flaws, and start pilling very quickly. I rarely shop here anymore.

Friendly staff, very helpful. I don't find their prices to be very good unless you get a sale! Then prices are great!
