Nando's no matter the location always delivers. This location can have better seating doesn't seem like they invest on the interior at all. I got Extra Hot and one chicken tasted more spicy than other wondering if they gave me one mild and one extra hot. Honestly both didn't feel extra hot to me compared to other locations maybe it's cause of it being cooked for less time or left out for a couple minutes. The location does seem to get busy quick.

I ordered a grilled chicken and halloumi salad and this is what I got… no chickpeas no halloumi… just lettuce leaves and three pieces of chicken for $20… this is not ok.Also.. ordered hot and got medium…….

Their famous chicken was tastey and well seasoned. The meal didn't look like much for quantity but surprisingly filling! Though the rice was just okay... But the chicken and fries made up for it.The staff was friendly and attentive. The location is great, prime spot to walk around after a nice dinner.

Nando’s chicken is always a nice go to comfort food. We ordered a full chicken with 2 sides, cauliflower and fries, and a third separate side, Brussels sprouts. The Brussels sprouts was $8. What we got for the $8 dollars is in the picture attached, along with the cauliflowers.It was honestly frustrating, absurd, and almost an insult to have to pay $8 for literally 4 Brussels sprouts cut in half, and not even decently cooked. The cauliflower wasn’t any better.It was a very disappointing experience.

Went with a friend and we got the whole chicken that came with extra sides. The chicken was amazing and the fries on top of that was one of the best I've had. The Hot spice level is perfect for most people, but for those who need a kick they've got an even hotter option. Something that I think everyone could enjoy is their peri peri oil sauce that comes in a bottle, now that you can't miss out on. Service was also amazing, our food came out so quickly, plus the atmosphere was quite nice.

I often dine in at this location with my family on weekends. I have noticed that there has been a huge decline in the quality of food they’ve serving, service wait time and staff behavior! The salad that we ordered weren’t fresh, we ordered big garlic plate but they brought us a small one-even after notifying them, they didn’t change it-, waitress at the counter forgot that we ordered drinks and she wasn’t giving us the drink either! After quite a few times of reviewing the orders, she finally gave us the drink that we paid for!!!! Please take the receipt with you just in case! The wait time is also an issue when you visit this location, we waited for half an hour to get our food served. Poor services… staff don’t clean tables throughly!

In general, I liked their food, but when we went today, we waited a long time because it was crowded, although my chicken was not cooked well. For that long waiting time, at least the chicken should have been cooked.

The food is amazing. It can fill you up but without the need of a take-out box. Just a heads-up, you order by going up to the cash and servers will bring you to the food. The price is really good, I got the burger with fries for about $12, much better than most restaurants. They have a great variety of Peri-Peri chicken and other things Portuguese-African, especially the desserts. Additionally, you can control the spice level in your dishes. Lastly, a very important thing, the ambiance is amazing, it’s super chill, the music is very nice and the design of the whole restaurant is super pretty and you won’t see anything else like this in Ottawa.

Nando's is always good, but they made some key menu changes like taking away the mixed vegetables that are disappointing. Those veggies were always so good. The chicken was not as flavorful as other times, but there are left-overs which will be eaten with some of the new Nando's sauces we bought while at the restaurant.

Ordered the PERi-PERi chicken sandwich. Was good and spicy! The arugula, avocado and tomato were very fresh and tasty. The fries were not overdone, but just the right amount of crispy. Will keep ordering from here.
