The Doctor is a very reasonable person. Thorough and knowledgeable. But his receptionist is arrogant, disrespectful and totally lacks any care for the Patients time or concern. Very unprofessional!I don't work for you when I asked if she can email me the appointment"... I guess in the medical industry

1. Dr Birman spends on average of 5 mins per patient and tries to rush you out as soon as possible. Any additional question you try to ask he will dismiss it as I’ve been doing this over 20 years.2. They over book the appointment. I’ve been there 4 times and each time I have to wait 2 hours in addition to the scheduled time. What’s the point of overbooking if you can’t get to all of them? I asked the receptionist if I can just get there 2 hours later he next time, and she said then I’ll have to wait another 2 hours....3. Rude attitude. The receptionist is incredibly rude and I considerate when I mentioned the appointment schedule. Saying “it’s just how it is. You are welcome to leave if you don’t like it here” after I’ve wasted 8 hours of my life waiting in their office.Needless to say, no respect for the patients time, and very little professionalism in Dr. Birman. Never going back again.

It’s minimum a one hour wait after your scheduled appointment. Every single time. Why are these doctors allowed to triple book appointments ??? For every five minutes they go over there should be a monetary payout to the patient who’s time apparently is of no value to these greedy doctors. If you don’t mind waiting for a minimum of an hour after your scheduled appointment then this is your doctor. If you’re life has value then you will want to find a doctor that has respect for his patients.

Great Doctor, but worst service. They take so many appointments and then the wait time is minimum 2hrs to maximum of 4hrs from the time you were given a appointment time. So why give 10 people appointments in the same hour when the Doctor can see only 3 or 4 in an hour. So if you want the best it comes with a price.....

Zero star if I could. Threw me out without even me finishing my questions. He doesn’t care about patients, only care about himself. Terrible attitude avoid him if you can.

Worse experience ever!!..over booked appointments, spend less than 5 minutes with each patient. Never listen carefully to his patients, make assumptions. Should not be allowed to practice medicine.
