A E Security came through super quickly to help us set up our business security system. We had an older wired AE system installed at our previous home for over 14 years, and so when we moved decided to again go with AE to install an upgraded wireless setup. The equipment is top quality, and Brian (consultant) and Jordan (technician) were professionals. Didn’t try to sell us on anything we didn’t want, but definitely did provide us with the various options depending on how intricate we wanted to get. Install went smooth and Jordan explained the system and gear, and got us all set up to operate the panel and through the apps.

AE Security has provided security for our home since 2006. During that time they have been prompt in responding to any emergencies that the system detected, and unfailingly patient when the emergencies were the result of my own errors. Their technical personnel and customer service staff have always been pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. In the next year or so, we plan to upgrade our security system, and we will use AE Security to do that, since they have given us such excellent service in the past 15 years.

My wife and I recently had our security system upgraded at our home and we are quite happy with the service provided. A few things prompted us to go this route as we wanted to some extra features to the system such as a video doorbell that each of us could monitor on our phone, better service from our provider, and unbeknownst to us (until Elisha told us) the Calgary Police Service had announced recent policy changes that left our home vulnerable and the old system woefully inadequate in the event of a break in.Elisha and her team were able to shore up the deficiencies in the system and provide peace of mind for my wife and I. Thanks again.
