Won't go back. The store attendant was rude and mannerless.

This dealer misunderstood where I picked up my rental before dropping off at his location. Has very rude, interupting every word I said while trying to explain that head office just advised me to bring my rental to his location. He refused to take back my rental while screaming at me in his store, threw the trucks keys on the counter towards me and said I needed to stop talking and fu*king listen to him when he was the one incorrect.This all happened in front of my elderly father in the middle of his store. By far the WORST customer service experience in my life.After many contacts with head office, I was finally issued a full credit for my troubles, unfortunately this did not come without a fight.I will never be using Uhaul and will NEVER step foot in this variety store again ( as I was a customer previous to this event)

It's entirely disturbing when the owner of the store expressed a desire to meet my girlfriend and gave a huge sigh when I replied that I don't have one. He then states that he needs a 16 or 17 year old girl to give him a massage. Picked up our vehicle and dropped it off at the same location, and he just would not shut up about it both times. Extremely perverted and very misogynistic and also expressed that he likes his coffee black and his women white. On the way out the door, he assumed that since we are both men, we should keep this conversation a secret, right? No such luck. People need to know you are a weirdo.Submitted a formal complaint to uhaul, let's see what happens next.

Rude, doesn't speak English and charged the wrong credit card and used a credit card that wasn't even present. This location should be reviewed for credit card fraud!! Very unsafe, unreliable and terrible customer service!

Do not go here. It is a waste of time. The software is out of date and seeks to be put tother with tape and is within a mini mart with employees that can barely speak the language.
