Itsumo is such a cute place, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The perfect place to get high quality home goods, from cookware to towels to stationary and clothing. Go support this local business, it seriously enriches the neighborhood.

My partner has bought us few of incense for our collection and he has gifted me a small dish to catch the ash. Very friendly staffs and well curated collection of various items made in Japan. Items are craft quality and originated in some of the oldest cities in Japan. Very happy that we can acquire these locally. Definitely we'll visit again.

Absolutely lovely store, perfect for presents (you know how hard it is to shop for certain people—but there's such a breadth of interesting items here I'm sure something will appeal). The native Japanese speakers who work here (about half of them) are kind enough to let me practice my skills on them, which I greatly appreciate. Of course, in return I buy things ... from expensive (but worth it) high-end items like $150 metal daikon graters, to much more reasonable collections of incense. It's all beautifully presented, and you know you're getting quality goods direct from incredibly skilled artisans and manufacturers. Especially at a time when individual tourists still can't visit Japan without a guide/chaperone/prison-guard (you can't even eat breakfast in your hotel lobby without the guide's being present!), this shop offers a small taste of being there.

The store has a soft, zen atmosphere. The houseware, candles, and incense are wrapped in Japanese traditions, and the staff are extremely helpful and want you to learn about the process behind the make of each piece. It's a must go for anyone interested in Japanese tradition and craftsmanship.

Cant’s say enough about how much I like the store. The staff has always been super helpful and very, very welcoming and friendly! I ordered so much stuff from itsumo, my family and I are obsessed with ReIRABO haha! The first time I opened the package and saw there’s a note hand written by them and that just warmed my heart!

Beautiful store with lots of high-end incense to sample. The products were very special, more so than the typical Japanese housewares stores. The staffs were extremely helpful. My wife and I love the experience there, we also love the store's dogs too.

One of my favourite stores in the city for finding beautiful, high quality kitchen and home goods.

This is a gem of tranquility tucked away off Main Street. From the moment you walk in, a sense of welcoming and serene atmosphere washes over you. Sales associates do not rush you or hound you with questions to make a sale as is typical of retail. Instead you are waited upon patiently and friendly advice is only offered when you so choose to elicit it.The products are of excellent build quality, designed with a minimalist approach, and imbued with a sense of functionality that runs deep in traditional Japanese design.Words do not do this shop justice. My advice, come by and experience it yourself. It may just change your perspective on daily products we take for granted.
