The staff and Dr. Ball are always so friendly. Even last minute they are always willing to help and make sure you get everything you need. 100% recommend, even our son loves going to the dentist now.

I had not been to Ball Family Dental before. They got me in quickly to take care of a dental emergency. I had no freezing and it was painless! I truly appreciate Ball Family Dental. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, kind and gentle. Dr. Leanne takes the utmost time to explain things. One time my daughters appt ran super late and through lunch and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It has a small town atmosphere with big city technology. You are treated like family every time you walk through the door and greeted with smiles. They also do a fabulous job of supporting all of the businesses in the community near and far. Ball Family Dental has kind, compassionate & friendly staff. Dr. Ball takes the time to chat & ask her patients about themselves. They also work in a beautifully designed building that you can tell a lot of time and effort went into when planning out their dream.

Ball Family Dental is the best place for any work on your teeth. They go out of their way to fit you in, very gentle, caring and professional. I have had not so great of experience with other Dentist. I have trusted them for the last two year with my teeth. I have alot of problems with clenching, grinding and wearing my teeth down. I will soon be getting them built up by Ball Dental to help with all of these symptoms. They are amazing also with Botox into the jaw to help relieve the pain and swelling. Highly recommended as I would go to no other. Will be happy to see my new teeth next month!

Absolutely love coming to Ball Family Dental! I have yet to find a dentist to compare, anywhere else I have been they have been very rough with my teeth and not very good at keeping me in the know of what is happening with my mouth. At ball family dental I never have to worry. They are always teaching you about your teeth and gums, as well as doing their best to provide a great friendly service! I recently had my teeth cleaned and their zoom whitening treatment. Absolutely love!! The cleaning made my teeth so smooth, and the whiting really brightened up my smile!! Again totally recommend going here !!

Dr. Ball and her team are kind, compassionate, and always professional. I've been to several dentists, but not one has made me as relaxed and confident with my treatment plan as Dr. Ball. The entire team is honest in a way that isn't judgemental. My kids love going to the dentist now! If I'm going to an appointment, they always want to come too. Dr. Ball provides solutions to a problem and not just a band-aid fix to get you by. The HealthyStart program has been wonderful for my kids! I see the benefits even if they're annoyed by wearing their appliances. My youngest was fitted for a special retainer to fix her crossbite. These are things my kids would not have gotten at our previous dentist. We used to drive to Edmonton to a pediatric dentist, and I feel they get better care and attention from Dr. Ball and her team. Ball Family Dental is the only place I will take my family for our dental needs!
