Accurate Glass

I do not recommend Accurate Glass. The 40x95 tempered glass that they had installed has numerous visible scratches all over (we're talking like 20+, not an odd one or two), and they refuse to replace it and make it right.I wish I can share this experience with the owner, but when I emailed to the general line, nobody replied. If the owner cares about making this right so that I can be a lifelong customer for future 2M+ projects, please let me know how I can reach out to you. Thanks!

I am very disappointed frustrated with the service standard of this company. They do not have much competition for their products and services,so they do not really pay attention to the the small retail customers. It took them FOUR month to order and install our glass, during this time I called and followed up with them several times, each time they apologized and promised it will be delivered and installed ASAP, of course I don't hear anything back from them. Then, my credit card got over-charged. They charged me the full amount at the time of ordering the glass, and charged me again when it was installed. The whole experience was the worst. Even though they do a good job installing the glass, I would want avoid them anyway you can.

Kudos to Cameron, Dave, Paul for great customer service. When I had a window replaced, another window was accidentally scratched in the process. It left a 10 inch long scratch. Paul came in to measure the glass and said that it needed to be replaced. Cameron and Dave came back to replace the glass but unfortunately the glass they brought had a manufacture defect. They returned a second time and the second glass was also defective. I would have been furious at this point, but the way Cameron handled it was excellent. He assured me that Accurate Glass would make good on the glass. He returned with Paul with a third time and installed the glass. What I appreciate the most is that they assured me that Accurate Glass wanted to be sure I was happy. Pat in the office was also great to work with. Good guys working there!

Efficient and job well done. No mess left behind! I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Cam was communicative and very polite. Unfortunately I did not get the two other employees' names but they were great as well! Highly recommended! 6/5

I call in to inquire about some glass hardware over the holidays I needed urgently. I spoke with Bjorn, he was excellent to chat with. I received my quote promptly and professionally. Product received in short order andBjorn took care of my order as if it was his own.I couldn't ask for a more awesome representative from this company.Thank you Bjorn, you define what excellent customer service all around.Yes I would recommend this business - ask for Bjorn.

Terrible experience. Needed plexi-glass for the window. The customer service rep recommended the thick and expensive option. Claimed it would be the same weight as windows screen mesh it was replacing. it took very long time to have the order process and when contacted by phone they had difficulty finding the order. When it finally arrived it was way too heavy, 5 times more heavy than the mesh it was replacing for AC hook-up. Despite numerous attempts it was impossible to install it. Ended up ordering thinner pieces at the competitor which worked great. I had returned both pieces to Accurate Glass but they refused any refunds and advised me to sell in on Craigslist. Asked for the manager to call me back to discuss, never happened. Terrible service! Lost $231.29.

So My store got broken into, I called the minute they opened, was told it goes by booking on the board, oh the board is free, no problem.....get a call just after lunch saying the board is booked but I can book an emergency after hours call for an additional $350.00 . Well I own a business and would never do that to a customer , who in their right mind does this to someone!

The team at accurate glass were prompt and professional and the call was 11:40 pm as our front door's glass was broken due to a break-in. Their service man came around 1:30 in the morning to ensure that it would be safe to leave and the office and had a quote within a few days to have the door replaced. From the 1st call to servicing the door to forwarding the quote has been without issue-especially at a very difficult time.

Accurate Glass replaced a bunch windows in our apartment recently. I was actually pretty stressed about it beforehand, thinking about what could go wrong and the mess that might be left, but Cameron and Rodell alleviated my stress almost immediately. They were both super friendly and did an awesome job! They communicated very well with me the entire time and they left my apartment cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will be requesting Cameron and Rodell again the next time I need windows replaced. These guys were awesome!

These guys were the third glass company we've used to cut simple rectangles for us and the only one of the bunch to actually manage it. We were not expecting our extremely simple order to be so difficult to fill so it's nice to have finally found someone who can actually do their job!We needed frameless doors cut that would be inset into a cabinet so they needed to be perfect or they simply would not fit. These guys lived up to their name! Very happy and they will be our go-to in the future.
