Worst service shop I’ve ever been to. 5 hours for there 2 hrs express service. They will not give you any updates while they have your truck. I will never buy another Thermo king product ever again. Been nothing but problems and bad service

ALERT COMPANIES. DONT LEAVE YOUR UNITS TO THEM ….THEY CHANGE PARTS FROM YOUR UNITS … BELIEVE ME…Honestly they are not transparent.. they diagnose and not give me any report for that . they charge me 350 for nothing… they lie me …after diagnosis they didn’t know what is the problem… plz not go to this place … they are unprofessional

Got some codes on my reefer before loading perishable item. Called and told about codes and asked if I come empty coz it’s going to be hard if trailer is loaded. They said worry not, get it loaded and then come to shop. Went there, after 30 min they said they can’t fix it as trailer is loaded. And charged 150+ tax for tech fee. Could have been avoided if I had come empty. And btw there was no issue that needed to be checked from inside the reefer. Smart business to befool hard working people.

The worst shop I have ever been to.Leady at the front is so bithchy. She will find any excuse why they can not do service to you and tell it to you with the joy on her face.She hates you and lets you suffer.And you will lose money not going on the road because of them.Given a luck of competition and since it is the only shop that do warranty repairs I was very unfortunate to see them way too often.US TK and BC shops are very professional and polite. They understand your needs to be on the road and to make money.Not this location. They just hate you and overcharge for everything you can imagine and even more for what you can not imagine.

Very bad service first they told reefer's repair is under warranty. Then after 6 week they fix and then told that labour is not covered under warranty I don't recommend this thermoking location

My reefer broke, on visit to thermo king, one of senior technician told that almost $2800 and we will fix everything but you have to leave vehicle here for 3 weeks to get its turn. finally May 11 I drop van there. whenever I called, they say waiting for parts and I will call you back soon. Today 27 August almost $16000 bill including body shop and still they are working. season is over, I did big loss to my business. worst company

Service is slow and not effective. A vital mistake on the install of my unit took them 3 shutdowns to find. They gave me 3 excuses to say why my unit wouldn't work and that they had fixed it...except that they didn't and I was back in a week later. Buyer beware. Ask yourself if the lower cost of install is worth having your unit out of commission frequently and for extended periods of time.

Hard to give them a star. Was fine with our installation but service call was ridiculous for our power drain on the vehicle and the cost. Guess its wise to look at past reviews as they are robbing you blind
