We've used Hill Top Printing for years with very good results, in a timely fashion for a fair price. We continued to use them since the change in ownership but started to see some inconsistencies and concerns recently. We had a sales representatives business cards printed with the wrong email address on it and he missed two sales follow-ups before we realized the issue. Then we had a large order we repeated that was supplied with a completely different type of paper than the last. When we complained about it not working they investigated and offered a replacement stock but wanted me to pay for the replacement! It's certainly not my fault we ordered a repeat order and got something completely different, why should I pay for the replacement paper? I'm not using them again as I explained my concerns and was told The products we make are custom manufactured. We produced your charts to the specs required on the previous order

They did a great job. On time, good quality, good communications. A bit cheaper than Staples.

Been ordering off of Hill Top for more then 10 years and have always found them to be among the best always eager to help in any way
