While the students undoubtedly work hard, it's the clerk they hired at the boutique that gives the place a bad reputation. He has no issues nor shame yelling at clients, especially if they change their mind after 2-3 minutes and put the item back in the freezer. This happens on a recurrent basis, to different customers on different occasions. His rude and unwelcoming attitude is not a one-off, it's his baseline.

A hidden gem, in an immaculately kept historic building in the heart of Montreal. Dishes are made from the freshest, high quality ingredients and executed with care and passion. Wine list is short but smart. Mme Virginie and her service team make you feel well-looked after (particularly extremely attentive service by Chakib). Prices are a steal. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is staffed by students studying the culinary arts. The food is excellent, well presented and very well priced. The wine, served by a sommelier student, is disproportionately more expensive than the meal. Overall, meals are an outstanding value! The restaurant operates Tuesday to Friday with a variety of meal service hours. Reservations are obligatory and, refreshingly, tips are refused.

For a ridiculously low price, we had a delicious four-course meal. Talk about value for your money! The food arrangememts were lovely, the waiters were nice, and the dining room was charming. All the staff are students at the school. I would absolutely recommend this place. It's so popular that you have to book a table weeks in advance!

This is a vocational school with a restaurant managed by students. Its price/quality ratio is unbeatable. They are open for lunch only, Tues-Fri, reservations have to be made well in advance. The menu changes weekly, mostly 3-4 services, sometimes buffet style. The dishes are pretty good, although not mind blowing. Always a good option for lunch in a classy setting.
