We're very happy with our experience having our hot water tank and Mitsubishi heat pump installation completed by Northern HVAC.We initially choose them because had quoted the best price, wait times were reasonable and had previous work that seemed professionally done.Even with the reasonable wait times, they were able to move up the install date. They were courteous and knowledgeable with our questions leading up to that date. They also connected us with a local electrician to assist with some required rewiring.The team was on time, incredible efficient and finished replacing our old electric furnace and hot water tank with the new heat pump system and hot water tank in less than 6 hours.Well above the call of duty - Kieran used his contacts to assist with resolving an issue with our hydro that was identified post-install.We're very happy with the service with from Northern HVAC and will not hesitate to recommend them. Professional, honest pricing, and clearly good at what they do. We had them install 4 mini splits and remove / replace KITEC hydronics from our cottage. The splits and new hydronic setup are working exceptionally well. They were able to run lines through the walls and out the mechanical room in order to keep everything fully out of sight.Kieran’s crew was great to have around our place and we’ll certainly be using them for any future work.

This company is awesome! Jessica in the office is super helpful, responsive and sweet. Kieran and his team Mckye, Mike and Colt did a great job planning and installing our new furnace, a/c, and dehumidifier! The work is super neat, well done and they even cleaned up after! The guys are also really easy to communicate with—answering questing and explaining how different components work. As well, they followed the schedule and budget we set which was super helpful when we wanted to coordinate our work schedule so we were up at the cottage when they did the work. Thanks to everyone!

We contacted Northern HVAC for our new build heating system install which had many components (outdoor wood boiler, radiant in-floor heat in the basement & garage floors, HRV, forced air propane furnace with boiler attachment, ducting & venting(through ICF walls), propane hot water tank with boiler attachment, upper floor radiant in-floor heat pex & heat transfer plates, etc) and the company was well versed and knowledgeable with each component, helping us to design a system that met the needs of our off-grid build. The team was here on many occasions through the build process to get rough ins and installs completed around our schedule. They always communicated with us and showed up exactly when they said they would (this is so important!). Kieran and his team value customer service and it really shows with how helpful and responsive they are through the process. I would not hesitate to hire this company and I highly recommend if you are wondering who to use for your HVAC needs just call them, dont waste your time shopping around. Their work is top notch, clean, neat and tidy, and the system performs well. Theyre going to be there with you through the whole process and help with any questions you have after. Money well spent! I cant wait to get them back for our AC install.

Kieran and his team were amazing. Professional, effective, friendly and kind. In addition to the AC installation, Kieran and his team connected our BBQ to the house propane and install a home humidifier for the winter months. My husband Franco and I highly recommend Northern HVAC!

I called this business when I was in need of urgent repairs to my residential heating system, and they quickly responded and had a service crew at my home within a very short period of time. The technician that did the repair work, was both knowledgeable and professional and even took the time to show me what the actual issue was with my boiler and explained the work required to get it operating and also provided me with several helpful suggestions related to day to day maintenance and operating my entire heating and ventilation system.
