I had to stop in quick (I’m from out of town) to get something checked while on my drive and they were welcoming, helpful and quick! Great customer service and got me back on my way safely!

I needed 4 new tiers installed, balanced, and an alignmened on my 2008 Ford Ranger. I had an appointment for 8 am, and the truck was not ready until after 4pm. The truck shakes and the rims were not washed prior to balancing as they were still muddy. the steering wheel is also tilted to the right when the truck is going strait and the truck pulls consistently to the left. Jordon, the customer service advisor I dealt with, told me that the front wheel hubs had play and they had to tighten the wheel hub bearings to ensure the alignment could be done properly. I found this hard to believe as the front hub nut was tightened to the manufactures specifications the day before when the front brake rotors were changed. He also told me that the front struts needed to be changed to do an alignment which is a blatant lie. Struts simply stabilize a vehicle and keep it from bouncing after hitting a bump in the road. Once i informed him of this, he said that the struts are still bad and will eventually need to be replaced as an assembly with the lower control arm. This is also a lie as the strut can be changed by removing 3 nuts. I told him that I had changed the struts before and he said that the though my truck was a 2013, and that the 2008 doesn't need the whole assembly" changed. He also said that the truck will need wheel bearings soon because they are worn
