Is she nice and empathetic to your situation? Yes.Is she quick with writing simple demand letters and responding to emails? Sure.BUT, you are updated only when you ask her. (And you're only notified that she needs a payment after you ask what she has done so far - after a month of nothing.)Mind you, I COMPLETELY understand times are tough during COVID, and courts are slow. Ms. Frost is very personable and shares her own experiences. I'm sure she's a lovely person. Which is why I was patient and would have continued to be patient. But after realizing she wasn't even done the Plaintiffs claim, I had enough. Bottom line: absolutely no paralegal should take 3 months to finish a plaintiffs claim.Didn't even get a curtesy e-mail with any kind of acknowledgment/apology or explanation.
