Today several of us missed the early collection of garbage; they returned to pick up after I called… excellent customer service as we could have been stuck with our garbage for another week. Great effort, really appreciated!

There is no point in calling if your pickup gets missed because by the time they actually get around to picking it up it will yard waste/ recycling day anyways and what is up with the pickup schedule? All over the map. I miss our old waste management provider.

We had our yardwaste bin missed on pickup day,along with everyone else on our street along with others on another road next to ours many of us went an entire week without any truck(s) coming by to pick up our bins.A few of us had to contact RDCO and e360s to let someone know.Brady Marriott was an ignorant and rude e360s employee we had the extreme displeasure of dealing with.He made it sound like it was our faults for our yardwaste not being picked up and never responded to our emails until we contacted the head office.Dealing with some people like him is very difficult and it shouldn't be this difficult to have our missed bins picked up and emptied.If these drivers would just do their jobs properly and on time,none of us would have to deal with people like Brady and some others from this company who are rude and disrespectful towards their customers,we don't deserve this extremely poor treatment and we hope that a new company will replace e360s in the near future.If anyone has any issues with e360s,contact the City of Kelowna and the e360s head office in Ontario to lodge complaints.Nobody seems to care much here in the Kelowna office and when someone complains about an issue,they make you feel like it's your fault for their incompetence.Make sure the City of Kelowna knows about any problems or issues with e360s,this way when it comes to securing future contracts with the city,e360s hopefully won't be considered because of the complaints that people have encountered with them.This is the only way to either smarten this company up or to have them replaced with another company who actually cares about their customers and takes pride in doing a good job.

While the time of our pickup has been very unpredictable, I wanted to post about the exemplary service this morning. I heard the truck coming, and looked out to see my can on its side (probably due to snow melting underneath it). Before I could get outside, the female driver got out of her cab, righted the can and then emptied it - very grateful to have that garbage removed after the holiday!

These drivers are great! Green bin was to be picked up yesterday and ours was loaded all wrong. A big plastic bag full of leaves was on top of some loose greens. He could have driven by, but he stopped, pulled out the bag, dumped the loose greens and then dumped the leaves out of the bag into the container and then dumped those. He dug a hole in the gravel, shoved a corner of the plastic bag into the hole and placed the bin wheel into the hole so that the bag wouldn't blow away.This same driver has also come into our carport to get the correct bin and explained to us that our whole street had put out the wrong bin that morning and he had taken the correct bins from carports etc at a number of houses that morning to ensure that they were emptied.I don't know about you, but I think this is great service.

My garbage bin was damaged over the winter cold snap. I had called and emailed with photos to request a bin replacement. (Broken lid, plastic along the top ledge peeled back and a 18 hole in the side) I was was assigned a replacement date. I placed my bin out the nighy before... they no showed. I called and emails a second time.... the driver looked at the wrong bin and deemed it not damaged. Called back a 3rd!! Time put the bin out on the scheduled date... No showed again! When I did a follow up call to find out what is going on I was told "Not sure who assigned you that pick up date... it should have been me

Very slow service. They missed a collection on Tuesday and it is now Saturday and the bin is still waiting for them outside. Called them 3 times to ask for an update and they never committed to a date. All I heard is that it is scheduled and will picked up as soon as possible. I didn’t feel they care about their costumers’ feedback. Not sure how a driver can miss a blue recycling bin when he passes next to it….

Changing my review. I've had my garbage pick up missed more in the last 6 mths than in the 10 yrs I've lived here. Called today to see if they'd gotten the message I'd left and the guy who answered was well less than polite. Gotta say, service is going downhill fast here.Never thought I'd review a waste management company, but these guys have been great. I've had to call about missed pick ups (not really their fault, usually just a new driver who doesn't know our weird route), stolen and broken bins, and every time, they have not only been so incredibly friendly, but so, so helpful. I used to have to call the old company about missed pick ups and got nothing but attitude. These guys are such a nice change, I actually look forward to calling them!Haven't met my garbage driver yet, but the recycling guy has been fantastic as well.

Liane was SO helpful, professional, kind, accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful! I cannot express how grateful I am. During the most stressful situation I've ever dealt with, Liane made everything so much easier. I cannot find the words to express my gratitude. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company, without the help of this wonderful woman, I would have been lost. Thank you so much for everything, I will never forget how great you treated me Liane. No issue with pickups but heres my situation. My recycle bin was stolen from my residence. I notified them that day and they promised a new one in a week and a half. it has now been four and a half weeks. delivery was supposed to happen again last week but it never did. Called them again today and now they promised me for next Tuesday. That's 6 weeks to get one delivered if it even happens but i'm not very optimistic at this point. That's probably why mine was stolen in the first place. I called in to pick it up but apparently they won't allow that.
