Terrible customer service I personally had talked with the manager of this store during my service visit and she was VERY passive aggressive with me as a customer who was upset just trying to fix my product. She was not friendly whatsoever and her customer service was the worst I personally have received within my 45 years on this planet. I am disgusted with my experience I hope it was an off day… I personally think management should change as I can’t imagine how some of the employees may conduct themselves when this is their team leader… it’s a shame. Do better, people just want help and that is your job!

Best business strategy will be to gain satisfied customers…Had a chance to meet a very dexterous and dedicated guy Mr. Arun Jacoub.Never mentioned any names in my reviews before but I think he should be acknowledged.Was there to know more about Apple care+, it was busy as always but never once we where left alone. He was handling 3+ customers at a time, each with different concerns but saw them left with an Apple product (remember they won’t get commission for the sales)Envy the way he and his team handled our (complex) concern.Highly recommend.

Staff should be more polite and friendly. Their behaviour towards the customers is not professional. It seems that they are tired and don’t like to give service to customers. Although I will continue using Apple products as it is my favourite brand, I will never go back to this specific store because of the staff who are not helpful and informative at all and haven’t been trained how to talk to the customers.

Let me make myself clear in respect to the context of this review, it is not of the store employees, it is geared towards Apples corporation and policies.I bought my mother a 13 Pro Max for Christmas in 21' which she was extremely grateful for. Let's fast forward to two weeks prior to the date this was posted. The phone would drain battery extremely quickly to the point where my Mom didnt feel safe as it could die or would be dead in a time of need, and by this I mean it could be fully charged and dead within the hour.When my Mom and Dad approached the store with a goal of securing another phone of equal quality, they were presented with a deal to have a regular iPhone 14 and a fee of $300 with the notion that they would surrender her current iPhone. To say my blood was boiling when I heard my Mom was in tears when they found out this was the resolution is an extreme understatement.So let me summarize, if you're okay with products that are overpriced and look good off the shelf but need to be replaced within a year, buy an apple product. If not and or if you've experienced a similar issue, email me.PS: I'm not a hacker" but I will tip my black hat to you

The small British sales associate had the audacity to suggest I purchase a new pair of thousand dollar headphones as a temporary replacement for the broken ones that they refuse to replace or fix in store, and then simply to return them in 15 days. That amounts to scamming Apple? Weird advice from an employee. Outrageously poor customer service. I heard him offering advice to a previous customer, which was to go to her cell phone provider and buy a new phone. Completely absurd. Apple’s draconian policies are one thing, but at this location specifically they have such pompous sales associates making outrageous suggestions. Probably why this location has such a low rating. I wish there was a rating lower than one star.

Brought in an old work iPad that was locked out, with unknown login. They were able to wipe and unlock for me in less than an hour. Reasonable wait times to speak with staff.

Austin & Kyle are absolutely terrible!!Thankfully the 1800 apple number was able to help me (also told me that they SHOULD have done this in the first place at the physical store, but instead Kyle and Austin decided to argue the whole time) could have saved a lot of effort and time if instead of yelling at me that “I’m not listening” they actually took the time to understand the situation.

There are quite a few people bustling around here, as expected. Every time I visit, there seems to be an abundance of customers. However, the staff makes a valiant effort to attend to each individual with care and attention. To keep the young ones entertained, there are iPods provided for their amusement, which is a godsend for parents looking to save some time. The ambiance is pleasant and welcoming, and the service is courteous and accommodating. Furthermore, the establishment boasts an expansive area, ensuring that you will find everything you require here.

Aweful customer service. Previously I bought MacBook pro’s, iPhones from this location and the customer service was ok in precovid. Nowadays This location employees don’t care about you. Recently I went to this store twice first to inquire about iPhone. It was around 7 40pm ish and no one was around. I had to go close to the Genius Bar to ask them to get someone to help me. Eventually after requesting and waiting for like 10 mins, someone showed up. I asked about the difference in specification on 14 and 14 pro max, but the employee was rushing to answer. Later I told him that I want to go ahead with the purple 14 pro max and the employee was like “sorry my shift is over I will be leaving shortly” and he just left. I was amazed how rude he was. He just helped me not to buy phone from this location.Next after two weeks I went to inquire about apple smartwatch series 8 and SE. Again this time I did not find anyone around to help me which is very common for this location nowadays. I went straight towards the Genius Bar and it turns out there’s only one guy who could help with the watch and he was busy talking with another customer. He just told me to set up the watch on the ipad screen. I set it up and waited for like quite some time however the employee was busy with another person. After waiting for ten to 20 mins, I just left. It s better to take your business elsewhere. I got better Service with apple products at The Source in the mall and guess what it was on sale. I would try my best to avoid this location.
