My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Justin Morgan to get our trailer. We we're new to trailers, but needed one for when he does work out of town. Justin took the time to show us everything they had on the lot, then gave us the privacy to look at them to see what we truly like! He asked all the questions, so he understood our needs. He found some on the online catalogue and it was the perfect fit for us. My partner works in Timmins during the week, Justin knew how much we needed this and it would improve his quality of life, and DROVE the paperwork to him 4 HOURS AWAY, so we didn't have to delay the purchase (because of our own fault - not having needed info at initial meeting). Then, the team gave us a complete tour and tutorial so we confidently and properly took care of our trailer. This was a year ago, I am not one to leave reviews, unless service is exceptional and this is what it was. Even months later, at a city event, we ran into Justin, and Justin said hi to us, because he recognized us - feels good to not just be a number in the crowd :)

Camp Mart Sudbury has been great to deal with. I purchased my trailer before May long weekend. I was told there may be delays on my trailer but I understood as it was that time of year.Yves told me that he would reach out when there was an update on my trailer. I waited patiently for an update and finally got one.I understand it was a busy time but I got my trailer and I love it!! Highly recommend!

I purchased a new boat, motor and trailer package through Justin Morgan, he did a great job selling it to me on a saturday. I was told i could pick up the boat on the friday, but it might be ready to go by thursday which was good news to me. Time went by and no call. I was then informed that there was a problem with the licencing for the boat trailer, fast forward 2 1/2 weeks later and it's finally ready to pick up. Not really Justin's problem but certainly not mine either. The dealership should not make promises that it can't keep.

Honestly, dealing with Justin was an absolute breeze. He is so good at his job. He’s so patient and he make sure that he finds the best possible outcome for his clients. Super impressed.

I bought a brand new camper. Robert in service was very uncooperative with me. He offered problems and no solutions. I had to call another location to get solutions. He dragged my camper with a wheel chock on, not rolling! No apology, and made a snarky remark when I inspected the wheel for damage.Now, after having the camper for 3 days, I need warranty service. I'm afraid to contact Robert again because I have no faith in this business. I am from up north, its a 6 hour drive, and I don't really know what to do now.I can't recommend camp mart, and will not be buying from there again. Between the problems with my brand new camper, and Robert not getting back to me, I don't see myself purchasing anything from sudbury Mitsubishi/Yamaha/Campmart or any camp mart again.

My wife and I came from another city to visit CampMart RV Sudbury based solely off word of mouth.. and they were a perfect fit for us. My wife was emailing Justin Morgan back and forth explaining our preferences and concerns, all of which he addressed. He suggested a wonderful RV that we both thought was stunning with great features. I have confidence in our brand new RV with the incredible warranty policy Justin provided us with. He and Brody worked together to give us the best interest rate and a payment plan that worked for our budget. They did a great job. The whole experience was pleasant and informative. Just received my trailer and I couldn't be happier!I had Steve do my walkthrough and he was super knowledgeable with all of the components on my trailer.I did have a couple of odd questions and Rob was quickly there to answer my questions and had great solutions!My experience at Camp Mart was great and will not be forgotten.THANK YOU!
