Fantastic. I couldn't find a renta and shawn drove me 40 minutes near his home for me to get a rental car which he handled all the paper work for. They fixed our vw passatt stunningly and were friendly and courteous the entire way. First friendly face at the door and management and ownership. Thank you!Rich

We were heading to Florida when we noticed the heat shield under our truck was hanging down. I stopped at Carstar and the owner crawled under, re-attached it and wished me a great trip. I was back on the road in 7 mins. Couldn't have asked for anything more! Thanks again!!

Locked my keys in my work van across the street after a days work and called them. Within 10 minutes of calling I was back in my van and on my way home. They turned a bad day into a much better one. Great customer service

After multiple calls to Goderich carstar, the head office and the OPP there is still a vehicle going off with horns and lights throughout the past 36hours. We have kids sleeping in your backyard. Won’t recommend
