Worst experience I've ever had! I will never go back to this location! They had me wait half and hour they price their products with the wrong price on it... I asked for scanning barcode policy! The manager Julia" was rude I was waiting for her for 35 minutes she refused to honor the "scanning code of practice" after one of her employees confirmed that the price was wrong and I also took a picture!"

I have been having a really difficult pregnancy and went into this shoppers to get some stretch mark cream and gravol. I was greeted by the kindest soul Yusra. I was nauseated and tired and came hoping they’d have what I needed.Yusra took the time to show me multiple products that would assist with my never ending stretch marks. She showed me products that were scent free as I am very sensitive during pregnancy. She also showed me some alternative lines with varying degrees of cost to match my budget.Yusra your kind heart and generous nature made my very gloomy and nauseous day a bright one. Thank you for your amazing services ❤️.

I came in to buy avene eye cream, I must misplaced it and came back to ask if they can check it out for me . I been coming here to this pharmacy since 1989 . I was happy that Ameesh and Leanne was able to help me out . I like this store and the services they give me every time i am here. Ameesh you have a very good staff.

When I walk into the Shoppers, the girl behind the cosmetic counter followed me. There was other customers I walked in with me, but she followed me. Ask me if I needed help with anything I said no I picked up what I needed. She called the front counter to tell them I cannot go through self check out that they must check me out. This happened to me twice once I was with my granddaughter the second time I was in my TTC uniform. I asked to speak to a manager. I told him that I’m re-being racially profiled and it was not cool. I did not come here to steal. I came to make a purchase preventing me from going through self check out is telling me that you think I’m a thief I will be making a report to human rights, this is absolutely ridiculous and unfair to Black people or people of color. No one should be treated this way. I’m actually really hurt by this and I will take this as far as I can take it. This needs to stop she was not following everybody else around just me which I find very odd because I’ve been to the Shoppers 1 million times over picked up things in cosmetics and went to self check out but now you’re telling me where I can check out I was even told that I must check out with the cosmetic counter , I don’t understand why why is my human rights being violated here? Spoke to Manager and he told me he’s sorry so I said why are you? Sorry you said that she’s supposed to ask everybody if they needed help when she did not ask everybody she just focus on me and he kept saying I’m sorry, but she supposed to ask everybody and I said well she wasn’t asking the white customers she was just asking me Black people please stay away from the Shoppers Drug Mart

DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS HERE. This review is about my passport photo experience. If I could give this Shoppers Drug Mart 0 stars I would. The staff is incompetent and have absolutely no customer service skills.The first photo they took was blurry, not focused, and had streaks all over the photo from bad printing. I took it to the passport office and of course it go rejected. When I went to retake the photo, same problem, photo had streaks along the whole picture.When I asked to get the old photo back so I could ask the passport office which of the 2 is better, they said I’m not allowed to have it back and that it’s their property now and if I wanted it back I have to pay again. This makes no sense, I should have gotten a refund for all the trouble I went through.After going back and forth with the manager who was no help at all, she told me not to come back here at all. I would advise everyone to stay away from this location.

*** Save your money & go to other Pharmacy ***Went in with a prescription & they gave 3hrs of timeline to pick the medicine from the shelf and place it in bag.It was a normal cream that was already prepackaged nothing that they had to make from scratch.On top of it charged me $11.99 of pharmacy service fees which was not covered by my health Insurance.Service fees for what? The medicine itself costs $11.90.

Sandy & Fatima were so patient and helpful today regarding a return I had. Despite computer failure, trying to locate a product on the system,etc they were very good to deal with. Thank you

Kwai lin tso I was shopping at your store and left my wallet behind. I had over $1000 in my wallet along with all my cards. Fatima was honest and kind enough to call me to let me know that I had left it behind. Not everyone can be this kind in this day and age. Kindly thank Fatima for making me at ease .

Very bad experience with pharmacy. Couple of times I did not get my medication. This time the waiting time was 1 hour really. Those were the two inhallers which they just had to pick and give. I got my medicine from hurontario and dundas location in 12 mins.

Worse pharmacy ever! Staff are incompetent. Never have prescriptions available when needed. Call in refill at 9am, and still no response at end of day, even after giving them a pickup time! Shoppers Drug Mart Grand Park pharmacy lost their customer service when there was pharmacist lead and store management change over many years ago. Since then, and more so in the last 5 years, this location went straight down hill. Heard Grand Park location will be closing, so that's good for us all!
